I am highly skeptical most college girls have bodies like that.

I am also highly skeptical you have had to opportunity to pass on those that do.

That's just your opinion, man! I put a lot more weight on the face than the body. Average (not fat) body is fine for me as long as her face is pretty.

How can anyone rank their faces more than 5? Sure they have toned bodies but so do most college girls these days. Hard pass for me, sorry!

in the end, it doesnt matter. Though my story would be much more fun to tell after a W in Dallas. Feel free to add Riley offered him as a Safety, if you want

Here is the quote that says Riley wanted him to flip. For whatever reason, he stuck with us and for that I am a big fan.

"Thompson was given every chance to flip, too. Lincoln Riley texted. An Alabama coach came to watch Thompson practice. Oregon interrupted Thompson's prom to offer a scholarship via text. Ole Miss, Auburn and Arkansas joined a chase that once included Clemson, Miami, Ohio State and Florida State."

This is the last mention of OU on his timeline.

I am too lazy to dig up the what happened towards the end of his recruitment. If you want to claim that he wasn't pursued by OU at the end, then you can have it but that's not what I remember. :)

my memory maybe off, but I dont think Riley ever pushed for him.  I thought it was widely expected, but never happened. Why I think Casey will be pretty amped, because my read was that he was never really recruited by OU

Casey visited OU on September 27. There were rumors Riley was making a last minute push but that was out of desperation rather than prioritizing him from the beginning.

We might as well say that anyway since it was basically a last ditch effort on their part. They fucked around and found out

After we flipped Cameron Rising from OU, they offered Casey IIRC.

Keontay Ingram, he was our #1 RB in 2019. Good runner but had some ball security issues at the worst possible moments. Also dropped an easy pass in the endzone that likely beats LSU same year they won it all.

I'm not kidding when I say I'm not sure he makes 3rd in the RB rotation this year, and it's not really a knock on him at all. Bijan, Rojo and Keilan Robinson are playing lights out this year..except for Arky where our line decided blocking was optional.

Ingram is USC's lead running back right now. Good for him but I agree with everyone who said he wouldn't have made our 3 deep.

Assessing the Evan Stewart situation following decision to forego senior season

Stewart has gone quiet since making his announcement and didn't return any texts or calls I made to him today. When I last spoke to him over a week ago, Stewart alluded to the idea that this could be coming if he couldn't figure out the issues with the staff. I checked on rumors of a failed drug test, but didn't find any validity to those at the moment. Stewart is of course a megastar on social media, and he will likely have some NIL opportunities in the future. I've been told that in preparation for those opportunities, Stewart has some new people in his circle to help him manage the business side. There was some pushback from folks at his school about his public fame and persona, and Stewart cryptically tweeted "Always remember who has the power" a few weeks ago.

Seems like someone doesn't have his ear to the streets.

  9. When my USC friends tell me we were stupid to let Ingram go, I point them to the end of the TCU game. In all fairness, Herman should not have given the ball to a tired Ingram but I was done with Ingram fumbling at key moments of a game. This game always gets under my skin because I feel we should win it going away and yet we keep finding different ways to lose.
