They did by proxy.

Scuderia Ferrari! (At least for today)

Same here. The best meals we've had in Italy were in small towns with one restaurant. Shit better be good or the locals aren't coming.

Maybe I am the retard... I thought this was offensive sign stealing operation. Do they hold up signs for the defense? I guess I have never noticed that if they did.
If we're talking about Michigan then yes, it was both.

You've been here for a long time. You surely understand the Texas fan's perspective on some level. Ripping on the Big 10 or a particular school and comparing that to another conference or school is in no way our way of showing favor. We hate all of you fucking assholes. We're going to the SEC for money and power. Same as it ever was. There will be no spirit of camaraderie and no new positive bias towards how most of us see that conference or the largely backwater schools and fanbases inside of it.
Yeah, I get the perspective and it wasn't a dig at Texas but at the ways of the SEC in general.

Harbaugh has the one thing that has proven to hide the flaws of average coaches. A transcendent QB. Look at what Jimbo got from a season of Crab Legs. With or without the plays Michigan still has a boatload of seniors on the team, and a QB that is going to end up in New York on Heisman night. That is good enough to beat up on any of the teams in the big ten and at least get them back to the playoffs.
Funny that this quarterback threw three interceptions against Bowling fucking Green earlier this season.

Ain’t no way the SEC will let this type of contagion hop over to their playground. My guess is he is suspended (with pay of course) today…
You do know that SEC stands for Surely Everyone Cheats, right?

The NCAA is aware that Michigan may have given out info against potential opponents. The Tennessee South Carolina game is on their radar.
If true that is another level of cheating altogether. That is death penalty shit.

So the next question. Does this firm give their findings directly to the Big10? If I was Michigan I would be more worried about the conference than the NCAA.
The B1G commissioner has authority to penalize Michigan.

Gotcha. 👍

Where the fuck are you coming up with this bullshit. If it’s an attempt at humor it’s not funny, even by Surly standards.

Nothing to see here guys. Apparently this was all a big conspiracy set in motion by ohio state. This from one of the owners of MgoBlog.

You guys may think, I am delusional but this is next level.

Spanish olive oil is better anyway and I’m a fan of real Italian olive oil.

You do have your priorities in order. I'll give you that.

Michigan is 3-0-1 against the spread in B1G games this season. They are 0-3 against the spread in OOC games.

Sure it is but it would appear that a line has been crossed here.

The NCAA acknowledges this is not a major advantage. The rules committee actually considered repealing 11.6.1 a couple years ago. Their rationale:
Rationale: The Board of Directors Infractions Process Committee requested that the Legislative Committee Modernization of the Rules Subcommittee focus its rules modernization efforts on identifying rules that no longer serve the needs of the membership and the 21st century student-athlete, and recommending modifications to or the elimination of such rules. Specifically, livestreams of intercollegiate competition and prerecorded game film are readily available in the digital age. The minimal competitive advantage gained by scouting future opponents in-person is outweighed by the monitoring and enforcement burdens of ensuring compliance with the legislation.
Go out beat Penn State, Ohio State, and whoever from the west makes the B1G championship and this becomes a non story. Go out and drop games to any of these teams, and look bad doing it and it becomes "see what happens when the playing field is equal"
Michigan has to handle their business. Pedo and O$U looked pretty rough last week, Michigan should smash them.
Dude, There is a huge difference between scouting an opponenet and knowing exactly what play they just sent in. I know you're smarter than this.

I guess its a good thing they have the rest of the season to see which it was.... if Michigan implodes I will take my lumps. If they pound Pedo and Ohio state on the way to the playoffs again, I think it will be pretty clear that they actually may be talented.
They're talented. I will give you that for sure and they are well coached. It appears they may be too well coached.

Michigan was 32-38 against the spread from 2015-2020. Magically since then they are 23-11. Hmmm.
Jimmah about to get fitted for some concrete boots.

I haven’t read the whole thread. Trying to build up United points. Do I just cancel my Chase United card now that I’ve received my sign up points? What next? Get an Amex for the points then go back to Chase next year for more points?
Amex points don't transfer to United. I'd go with the Sapphire tree and start accumulating MR points which can be transferred directly to United.

Jim Harbaugh NO LONGER coaches at Michigan

This. I obviously am a fan of and love Ohio State athletics but I'm far more proud of the work being done at the Stephanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Cancer Center than anything done by a sports team.
