What? No one in their right mind who's seen quinn throw against air thinks he sucks or isn't absolutely ELITE. He's been that way since he was like 11. He's a phenom.

He's also incredible when he's "on" (Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Michigan in Ann Arbor) and inexplicably fucking terrible at times (OK st, Georgia etc)

I was there at the game and seem to remember a ton of drops. I think Xavier Worthy was the bulk of them but I may have to re-watch it.

  2. I gotta give Dan Bongino credit for at least retaining half of Rush Limbaugh's audience when he died. I remember when Howard Stern left terrestrial radio it was almost a 90% drop for most markets, especially the ones who picked David Lee Roth instead of Opie and Anthony.

But I guess this means all of his affiliates will switch over to Clay Travis and "Buck" whoever the fuck that is? Imagine you're Rush Limbaugh and your timeslot gets taken by a guy who worked on the Bill Clinton campaign. Dude is probably spinning in his grave.

Measles not going to be contained

SAN MARCOS, Texas — Health officials in Hays County are warning residents about a possible measles exposure after a person who tested positive for the illness visited San Marcos on Feb. 14.

According to the Hays County Health Department, a Gaines County resident who tested positive for measles was in San Marcos from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. that Friday.

People who were at Texas State University from approximately 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Twin Peaks Restaurant from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. may be at risk of developing measles.

Individuals who may have been exposed will be notified by their local health authority, health officials said. The Hays County Health Department, the Texas Department of State Health Services and other local health agencies are working together to investigate potential contacts.

Twin Peaks on Valentine's Day and you get measles. What a world we're living in right now.

There would have been a lot less loss of life had we stayed out of WW2. Do you think that makes a compelling argument that we should have?

Not the guy you replied to but I don't accept the premise of your question. Is it really debated whether or not American involvement in WW2 prevented millions more dying from German and Japanese conquest?

You mean the largest country on the planet didn’t invade Ukraine PURELY for more territory? They did it for many other reasons, none of which actually justify their actions at all? Fuck RFK

But surely you don't believe them, right? That the Ukrainian territories in question actually want to be part of Russia but the "Neo Nazis" within their government are conspiring with us to prevent it? Ukraine wanting to be a member of NATO is way more believable than what the Russian government is saying publicly.

  6. Hearing that the turn signal stalk is missing from the newer Model 3 sucks. I love my 2018 Model 3 and the turn & gear stalks plus the steering wheel buttons being the only physical buttons available to me is awesome. I absolutely love the minimalism and efficiency BUT no turn signal stalk has me worried.

I will clarify..she was home schooled, but somehow that was linked to her local high school in the burbs of Houston, so not real sure how the class ranking works in that situation or how dad figured she was #6 in the class?

Homeschooled kids get ranked based on SAT scores as a range of the incoming class. A 1300 on the SAT is way too low to qualify for automatic admissions if history is any indicator.

  8. I don't really know the exact mechanism of action but for the time I was on the machine it was almost impossible for me to lose weight. Well, I say almost. For the two times* I used the CPAP machine, I never lost weight. Despite going low carb low calorie and high intensity weight training it was 225, 227, 229, etc. Just kept creeping up and up with more usage. Straight up told my sleep doc if I hit a certain weight, I'm going off the machine. I hit the weight so I went off the machine. Now, am I still tired? Yes. I am pretty much tired all the time but I felt tired while using the machine too.

*I should probably clarify I was on the machine, went off for a few months, then went back on it, and now off it. I don't mean two times as in I only used the machine a total of 2 nights
