is there really something that you can put your money in that guarantees 10%?

He referenced some arbitrary set of years that seems to be marking the great depression as the starting point. Sure enough the S&P 500 has come close to producing that 10% rate of return since then so that's clearly what he's talking about.

This is exactly what my financial advisor pulled out for me as an example and it’s gained exactly 10%

Did I hear correctly that even though he’s suspended for 3 games he’s allowed to be back at practice Monday after the first game?

You sure did. That’s the smoke and mirrors of it all. Suspended from games not practice OR PAY

Finally saw it -- goodness, Hue just screams "not a leader".  They are screwed with him at the helm.  Not one of those players or coaches were buying into his schtick.

Unless I read the whiteboard wrong, I don't think he was far off.  I think he was assuming 10% per year for 42 years, which would be 54X and change.  (He probably got 64X from the rule of 72 assuming 10%, rounding down from 7.2 years to 7 years per doubling, which obviously makes a fair difference.  At any rate none of those guys are gonna book 10% per year on their own.)

is there really something that you can put your money in that guarantees 10%?

    Yup

Played it last night after letting the strings “stretch” an extra week.

It started out of tune as expected, but stabilized a bit. Still went out of tune after playing for 10 minutes

The nut is properly lubed with graphite, and the tuners aren’t slipping. Pain in the butt.

That said, the second position sounds amazing.

I don’t really know much about them. Can anyone tell me why everyone seems to love them so muc? The price looks cheap on them

I've been changing strings for close to 30 years. I've never had this much trouble tuning a guitar. I've had a Floyd Rose that was easier to tune than this one.

    is this on a G&L?

Yea just tune each one close until you get them all on. Then pull/stretch them all. Then tune it up. Then pull/stretch them all again and tune it up again.

Thought everyone knew this. This is one of the first things I learned

I thought the Big House was considered a mausoleum given it’s open air design and gentle sloping if the stands.

We are so I’m surprised to see us on here. It’s A LOT louder now that the suites are there but should be louder
