    We won that game, btw.

After which game did your receiver coach physically abuse his pregnant wife.  Did y'all win that game also?  This gif is just Urbs practicing his fake heart attack.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I seem to also recall a play where he gets a piece of the ball carrier (or QB) in the backfield and starts celebrating with his back to the ball, and the carrier wasn't even down yet [luckily, someone cleaned up].

It's almost as if he is playing in a total fog.  I love Hagar but there is something not right with him right now.

I am hearing from a private thread I have with some buddies that Sanders and Cain could conceivably both come our way.  It is a stretch at this point, but not out of the question, particularly if we keep winning I imagine.

5 Star LB Marcel Brooks evidently is talking with Texas as well. If that's true and we are able to land Johnson (which I really want due to the law of conservation of Linebackers named "Johnson" or "Jefferson"), then our LB corps could be sick in another year or two!

I wonder if people see the defense we are putting together if that might start attracting those high 4 star and 5 star DL recruits, which is now our weakest recruiting area.

Come to Texas and party in VIP at ACL. Or go to aggy and play dominoes at a hillbilly bar.

    Any questions?

Don't forget you get to dress up like scooby doo on Halloween in said hillbilly bar.

now that players are skipping bowl games, i can see them skipping the last half of their JR year, maybe in October, to prep for the draft. CFB has been declining due to early exits, imagine the old days when super players stayed for SR years, we had loaded upperclassmen on top teams, now the layer of greatness is halved.

I'm surprised they don't skip their Jr year completely.

Pirate is entertaining as hell, and not saying it is right but most big time programs don't want what they think could be a bit of a loose cannon at their helm

Especially at the helm of a pirate ship.

ESPN found a family of them and spent the entire game talking about it.

Yeah, I think their son plays some position on Baylor's team.  I hear he's pretty good.  I wonder if Texas offered him a scholarship.

I always root for Shane much like I rooted for Charlie to succeed, but like Charlie, Shane doesn't have what it takes to succeed at Texas.  The one thing I feel confident about Shane over Sam is the deep route to Duverne that Sam has difficulties with every game.  Other than that Shane is a sack/interception waiting to happen.

Why do people feel the need to tell us they root for certain players or coaches? If you are a fan of UT, you obviously are going to want them to win, no matter the players or coaches.

No, as a fan I don't care who is in there I just want them to play well to help the team win the game.  Shane is very likable and more difficult for me to say get him the hell out of there.   Some fans don't like particular players/coaches and at the first misstep say get them out of there.   That being said I have no doubt that Shane will not succeed at Texas.  He just doesn't have the intestinal fortitude that the QB position at UT requires.

What play made y’all feel like “Texas was back?” The one where Baylor intercepted the pass in the end zone and the refs called incomplete? Or a different play where the refs called a phantom penalty?

    Either way, much deserved W.

I can just see this poor guy wiping away tears as he types each post.  It will be OK.  PS.  Take the loss.
