if TCU and USC lose, Ohio State and Alabama are in.  Bama at #4 could beat Georgia, really the only team that can (aside from Texas) with the athletes.

If TCU and USC lose, UGA drops to 2 and pairs up with TOSU at 3. No way Bama and UGA play each other in the first round.

(Or Bama jumps TOSU to 3.)

AFAIK, and I haven't really looked into it too deep so I could be wrong, I think the Iranian players themselves are mostly on the right side of things. Think I read that a few of them have spoken out pretty bluntly about their government's bullshit.

I believe they refused to sing their national anthem before the England game as a show of solidarity with the protesters. Then the government threatened their families.

Ah, yes. The sleeping giant has been awakened. He just happens to also have narcolepsy.

Aggy will always be the sleeping giant because the last thing they want is to be woke.

Feels a lot like Garland is just afraid of taking responsibility for doing his job. ‘This way I won’t get accused of being politically motivated.’ The fuck you won’t, pussy. Indict the motherfucker. He’s a goddamn criminal and you know it.

I can't recall all the details, but I read a recent article that pointed out several benefits for a special counsel appointment. I think one is the fact the while a president can change AGs, he cannot fire a special counsel. Important if the litigation drags into 2024.

All of this. Was dead in lower bowl.

The non- stop deafening cacophony of the sound system prevented any real crowd involvement. By far the loudest I have experienced. Not only every timeout, but between every play. It was relentless. I could not hear the person next to me. The crowd was into it at the start of the game and was crazy loud after the first TCU three and out. Then the Jumbotron took over.  When the racket from the sound system was turned down before a play there was no crowd noise because everyone had given up shouting over the Krakotoa level sound.

Right but say those 80k all had to pick R or D. If 60k vote R then Walker wins.

What I'm trying to say is that I think the 3rd party vote takes more votes away from Republicans.

Maybe in a normal election.  I have a hard time believing that a high percentage of voters who don't have a Republican party affiliation would choose Walker.
