As I approach 50, I have noticed it takes me a hell of a lot longer to recover from a hangover than it used to.  And ain't nobody got time for that at my age.

That said, I got pretty fuckin baked last night in celebration of this W.

Pro tip, I’m 51 and know what you’re saying. You need to preplan a little. Start your day off with a couple of Liquid IV packs and it makes a big difference.

We rented a house in Dallas for the weekend with 4 of our best friends. My son came up from Austin with a couple of hot coeds ( no pics) and my buddy (former UT walk on) had his daughter who goes to OU come down with a friend. We partied Friday night. Ubered to the fairgrounds by 8 am, started with a Fletchers jalapeño/cheese corny dog and wax cup beer. The drinking of beer/ margaritas didn’t stop until we watched aggy lose at the end of the night. What a weekend of awesomeness. Life is good🤘

I cant believe there are people on here that believe DG is starting this weekend. Lmao

I certainly don’t think he should but I wouldn’t put it past these clowns.

  3. Card plays as hard as anyone. He’s improved but still has a way to go. He holds the ball too long and sometimes takes a sack when he doesn’t need to. Yesterday he was outside the pocket and took a five yard loss rather than throwing the ball away. That shit is still infuriating but he has avoided the big turnovers that plagued him last year. I’m glad we have him and he’s done as well as could be expected but Ewers needs to start when healthy and it’s not really much of a debate.

  4. This defense is much improved. It is, however, susceptible to teams willing to be patient and dink/dunk their way down the field with short passing. We need to have a plan to counter that going forward because teams know it works and will try it. Creating negative plays is one way to do it but that is difficult without elite edge players. We’re better but not where we want to be yet. I noticed Dorbah playing quite a bit yesterday, maybe we’ll get lucky and someone will come on. On a positive note, I thought the officiating was much better yesterday other than the ridiculous personal foul on Sweat.

  5. West Virginia is good at what gives Texas trouble. They use a ball control running/short to intermediate passing game. Harrell adjusts to his personnel and what the defense gives him, imagine that. They’re not a great team but if we sit back and allow the soft completions again, we’re fucked.

If you're taking about that late 4th 3rd down throw, it was late and Whitt was going to be out of bounds regardless. He was open a second ealier when it should have been thrown.

I’m talking about the ball Whit had in his hands when he fell on his back in bounds and dropped it.
