What I don’t get is how Glasscock gets a GM job elsewhere but the guy who replaces him as GM probably doesn’t have as strong overall skills. I get that Harris is important for a lot of recruiting, but the GM job is so much more. Why not just make Glasscock the GM?

Maybe he got drunk and tried to jump out of an airplane at cruising altitude?

  2. As fans, we love to look at the yards a RB gets and declare he should be the starter, while completely ignoring the other very important aspect of their responsibility, blocking.

I don’t analyze this shit enough to truly know who comes out on top in this area, but usually assume that’s the reason one RB gets the nod over the other, who may look better with the ball in their hands.

12 years of coaching the defensive line in college football, Davis has produced 17 all-conference selections and seven all-Americans. He’s coached players who have won the Outland Trophy, the Defensive Player of the Year in the Big 12 and Conference USA, along with the Big 12 Defensive Lineman of the Year. He’s also had finalists for the Outland, Nagurski and Bednarik Awards.

Why do this, like we were choosing between to the two or something?
