  1. I'd rather Southampton not be the 3rd team to go down but some clubs need the cleansing fire of relegation to eventually get turned around. Or you could plummet like a rock into the abyss like Sunderland or Wigan.

  2. White Water had the cliff slides in the deep end. Just a little ledge you’d slide down. Also had a kickass pirate ship you could climb on with rope ladders and water cannons. Used to try to shoot people off ladders with those. Had a kickass birthday there complete with an Optimus Prime cake.

Was it White Water or Wet n Wild that had the White Lightning slides that were really fast?

  3. Big Thunder doesn't have a ton of drops but maybe save that one for later. Space Mountain I would skip. It's has all 4 of those. Guardians too. Indy goes pretty fast and is open air but has dark parts. It's a car based ride. Pirates has two smallish drops, one after the beginning and one near the middle, IIRC. Splash Mountain has a large drop but it's near the end and is outside. Matterhorn is fast and bumpy but all mostly outdoors and not in darkness. You won't have to worry about California Screamin since it's down for the Pixar Pier redo.

  4. What is he most sensitive to? Lights? Sounds? Graphics? A combo? How old?

Lights- there are some flashes when they take your picture on rides like Space Mountain, Guardians (I'd advise against this until the very end). Indiana Jones has a lot of flashing lights and is a pretty dark ride.

Sounds-not very many of the rides are loud. It can get loud in the Indy ride. The motor sound on the Autorama is loud.

Graphics-you have to wear 3D glasses on Midway Mania and Star Tours.

  5. Liverpool to the USA update. Nashville against Roma (TBD), Man City in New Jersey, and Man U in Michigan Stadium. I'm going to see about that Nashville game. Airfare shouldn't be bad. The lack of Boston is interesting.

Liverpool to play both Manchester clubs in America pre-season tour

Liverpool will reportedly play against Man City and Man United as part of their pre-season this summer.

The Reds will head to America in late July, where they’ll again take part in the International Champions Cup (ICC) – which they’ve done bi-annually for the last six years.

Jurgen Klopp‘s side will play at least three games while Stateside, with Manchester City and Manchester United reported to be opponents in two headline games.

The Reds are said to be playing in New Jersey, Michigan and Nashville.

The game in New Jersey will be against Man City on July 25 (date to be confirmed), at the 82,000 capacity MetLife Stadium.

Michigan would then see Man United as the opponents, taking place at the famous 107,000 capacity ‘Big House’.

Prior to those games, Roma would be the likely opponent at the 69,000 capacity Nissan Stadium in Nashville on July 22.

The Liverpool squad are set to be Stateside from July 20 to July 28, before continuing preparations for the 2018/19 season in Europe. The new season begins on August 11.

Last time Liverpool visited America, two years ago, Klopp ensured there was a training camp feel, with the squad being based in Northern California for the duration of their stay, travelling to each new destination to take part in the games.

A suitable training base will likely be found on the east coast, with the squad then travelling to New Jersey, Michigan and Nashville from there.

Whether the Reds will visit Boston, the home of owners FSG, remains to be seen, but they have previously used Harvard Stadium as their base while on the east coast and that could be the case again this summer.
