  1. The kids played a demo of Kirby and are all obsessed with getting it now. I bought them the Mario Rabbids game and was disappointed that it had no co-op mode, only a versus mode. They do like it even if they have to take turns. Santa was supposed to bring them Splatoon 2 but it got lost in Santa's mother's house where she was keeping it for Santa. Thankfully, Santa's mother found it in her closet this weekend while trying to get stuff for the Easter Bunny. So now it's going to be my daughter's birthday present later this month.

  2. Pirates you really have to do before noon. At DCA, try to get the Radiator Racers MaxPass first thing. If you’re doing Guardians too, you have to choose which one to MP and then head for the other one as both book up pretty quickly.   When you’re MP allows for the next booking, go for Midway Mania and then Soarin. If you’re only taking one kid on Guardians, you can see about a rider swap and that kid gets to ride with both parents.

I think we booked Radiator, went to Midway Mania and then booked Guardians after that. We got a MP for Soarin for lunchtime. DCA isn’t going to have as much with the Pixar Pier renovations going on. Definitely make some time for the Redwood Challenge course. Kids will enjoy that. You can also get some decent beers in DCA.

  3. Would like to piggyback off this thread with my own Excel question. I have to keep track of test dates for a company's employees. On certain spreadsheets, the employer puts multiple years across different columns. It can verify from employee to employee meaning the column for each person will have a different year. I pull out the most recent test dates using =MAX(A1,C1,E1, etc.). Test scores also have to be pulled out and those are normally 90 or 100 and either are in the column before or after (B1, D1, F1, etc.). I can't use MAX for that since the most recent test might be 90. Is there a way to say if the MAX of one column is taken, take the column next to it with the score? These spreadsheets can have over 200 employees so pulling each number is a pain in the ass.

  4. It depends on that weird coefficient that resulted last year in us having to do the play in round. City and Liverpool might've raised the EPL over the threshold. That's why I'd rather Tottenham lost so it would keep them more at arm's length. I didn't think Chelsea had enough left in them to compete for the top 3-4.

Just saw this: Top 4 is into the group stages. France is on the outside looking in with the top 4 being Spain, Germany, England and Italy.

    Quote

    The major changes from 2018/19

The Europa League winners will automatically qualify for the UEFA Champions League group stage (currently they can potentially play in a play-off round)

The top four clubs from the four top-ranked national associations will now qualify automatically for the group stage of the Champions League

The number of teams per association is capped at five for the UEFA Champions League group stage and any change will be determined in due course

The Champions League will continue to have a 32-team group stage leading to a 16-club knockout phase. Similarly the Europa League remains at 48 teams

  5. I was just starting at UT when the World Cup was in Dallas. Not getting to attend a match here is one regret I have. I would've loved to have been at the Germany/South Korea 3-2 match.  I was hoping to get a chance to make good on that missed opportunity. Not sure I want to go to a game at shitty JerryWorld.

  6. I'd rather Southampton not be the 3rd team to go down but some clubs need the cleansing fire of relegation to eventually get turned around. Or you could plummet like a rock into the abyss like Sunderland or Wigan.

  7. White Water had the cliff slides in the deep end. Just a little ledge you’d slide down. Also had a kickass pirate ship you could climb on with rope ladders and water cannons. Used to try to shoot people off ladders with those. Had a kickass birthday there complete with an Optimus Prime cake.

Was it White Water or Wet n Wild that had the White Lightning slides that were really fast?
