Oil closed at 65 something. Yay.
Yeah, I'm selfish. No shame.-

That's really eyebrow raising.
(and yes, this a real picture of the guy)

Boise is a great road trip. Mountains, good beer scene, etc.
If Texas St can do back to back weekends at Boise and Pullman it will be one hell of a bender for them. Cougs and Bobcats are one of the same fan bases.-

oh this is some beer beer. this is that secret microbrew that the north koreans had on always sunny. i’ve cut way back on my drinking the last year or so, and what i do drink is either an ipa or some lime star. i had to google “tripel” just now. this is just some good ole fashioned got damn beer. i like it.
Next move into the Belgian Tripels. Tripel Karmeliet or St. Bernardus Tripel.-

only positive is quoting this for truthPolish/German/Eastern European food
I ain’t mad at this either! -
I spent a lot of time in Cleveland with my starter wife, as she was from there. The R&R HOF is absolutely a must see. As far as food goes, if you like Polish/German/Eastern European food, they have it in spades. They have some other stuff, as all major cities do, but it's not exactly a tourist destination.
If I could find a bar with The Drew Carey show on a loop I would be content for it being a work trip. -
New company office in downtown Cleveland sort of in between the Browns and Guardians stadiums. Anyone got any recs?

Cannon Beach is great. Massive beach. Cool little town, easily walkable.
Seems crazy you can fly into Portland in late July, 95 degree heat wave going on there, then drive a little over an hour and it's 67 in Cannon Beach.
Hook 'em!
Yeah the drive down from the hills to the beach is perfect. Spent last summer in Lincoln City hoping to see some whales and this summer in Seaside. -
I seriously think SXSW just needs to reformulate as a 7-day event with every venue booking their own shows but one pass gets you in anywhere. Stop the profit model, give the money to the clubs and the artists (minus a MODEST administrative fee). As it stands it's just a floundering clusterfuck. (Dibs.)
Boise’s small version of SXSW seems to be this way. Buy full passes, buy club passes, pick and choose what you want. https://treefortmusicfest.com/tickets/
It’s been fun to watch it grow and how walkable the city is. -
I grew up on the beach, now in the middle of summer I prefer the Oregon or Washington coast.

Sargent would have finished that breakaway.
Weah and McKennie have looked like shit with their touches today. -
Would not be surprised if it was Mark Few. That's the level of coach CDC would go after.
If we aren’t getting someone of this caliber I would rather go after Richard Pitino over guys like Sean Miller. -

Welcome to Mooseport was underrated!

We got a place up here with a 50+ year old sour dough starter making English muffins. Toasted English Muffins are the top tier.

My dad grew up in Angola, Indiana. They sold fireworks in the grocery store. That’s all I got!

So, some months ago, the boy camped out outside the new Popeyes in downtown Glasgow for their grand opening, because fuck it, why not. He was something like third in line, and was already wearing his Popeyes baseball jersey. The head of Popeyes UK loved him.
So, he got a free bucket hat, free chicken sandwiches for a year, and these….which they had to custom make. And, in typical Popeyes fashion, they took FOREVER. As in, he’s not presently in the UK, so he had them sent to his sister in London.
And they are….awesome.
Some sneakerhead will probably give a nice chunk for those. -
Gerry's said quite a few times that one is LSU 80%, the field 20%. Might just not be worth the investment.
Fucking over Brian Kelly is always worth the investment! -
Underground Tour and Pioneer Square
Breakfast at Lowell's at Pike Place
Cloudburst Brewing right in that area
Passenger Only Ferry from Pier 50
Sounders game if dates work out
My favorite works trips in Seattle had nocar and just taking the rail up and down to where I needed to go.

And I feel like he could have done just fine not following this formula. But he chose the easy and most profitable dance moms route in social media to create this personality.
