  1. Im glad to see my direct deposit to the "pay recruits to visit here instead of a&m" fund is being used properly.

    Other direct deposit funds:

the "pay media to write glowing things about UT" fund

the "pay media to investigate only aggy about violations" fund (to be fair we used to fund this with our student fees in the late 80s early 90s)

the "pay SEC commish to give us easier schedules" fund

and the biggest one we all contribute to, the "pay the refs" fund.

Hypothetically, what does selling gold look like?  Like if someone had some American eagle gold coins, and wanted to convert say 10 of them to cash to finish paying off a mortgage, how would they go about it in a safe and tax-friendly way?

Sell 3 at a time, stay under 10k.     For reasons.

1.1 million to Texags for marketing might be aggie's athletic department best use of funds ever.    They push out marketing propaganda everyday rain or shine.    Lying to the rubes by Texags probably generates 10s of millions in donations.     Outstanding ROI.

mr rogers neighborhood translation for ctj:

lexington is a small town on us 77 that is closest to the midpoint of a line as the crow flies between DKR and pyle, aka the tacklebox

aggy refers to us as "our friends"

referring to aggy as "our friends" is mocking aggy

you are familiar with the the auf payment, aka the Available University Fund annual distribution, which increased by more than 50% from 2023 to 2024

of course, you know this already

moving on, aggy don't need $6m, they need guaranteed not-losses, which happen to be more likely at home games

especially home games against fcs opposition

and were they to no longer have said fcs game, not only would they be more likely to lose the league game that replaced it, they would have to play that extra league game away from home every other year, further increasing the chance of that extra loss

thus, in some years, based on when certain opponents fall on the schedule, they could have 3 or 4 losses before the first saturday in october

this would further expose aggy as fraudulent and not a sleeping giant

in these years, looch and the ad will have a hard time keeping the roller coaster going clickity-clack

    /mr. rogers translation

Lexington is also, you know, where the University of Kentucky is located.     University of Kentucky is also in the middle of bitching about 9 games.

So you can see the confusion.

  5. I'm not sure they even would have taken the risk on Sark.      The BMA and AD dept aka texags would have had to be on the same page, maybe the would have been.    Now they act like hiring Sark was an obvious no brainer.

Pros:   He was at Alabama so gets SEC.    Good offensive mind

Cons:   7 win steve, personal issue/USC flame out.   Most success has been as coordinator.

  6. Counting Manning's redbull "real" NIL is silly as far as what Texas' payroll is.     Manning would be getting big endorsement deals at any big school he would have chosen.

Not that we don't have our shit rolling, but to throw out that number is just for obvious clicks.     But i suppose it works.  Yay media i guess.
