as others have said, whatever the title officer says is what matters. That always seems to be the case in this sort of thing.
And some of them are cool and about 20% make you jump through hoops.

Also, had he drafted Giannis instead of Steven Adams, you'd never hear a peep about the Harden move but Giannis was a complete unknown at the time.
They needed a center badly at that point. So the Adams pick was fine. Obviously not Giannis but an integral part of a bunch of good teams.

Presti almost pulled off Harden for Klay. They were working on a deal. Then Jeremy lamb had the summer league of the century and pivoted there.

He’s number one in the league in drives by over 3 per game. Just by that alone, he’s going to get to the line more. Nobody cried when Jokic shot 9 free throws in the first quarter and the Thunder shot 0 in game 7 the other day. In game 6 in the Nuggets series, the Nuggets shot almost 20 more free throws than the Thunder. I get their style of defense leads to more fouls.
The Thunder shoot like the 3rd least free throws and commit the second most fouls. So, it’s not like they are winning solely because they get to the line.
SGA shoots lots of free throws. Like mentioned above, it’s less than almost every MVP since Jordan other than Curry.

If Jalen Williams plays anything remotely like he did yesterday, the Thunder are raising a banner.
Presti getting Caruso and Hartenstein this offseason was a masterclass. Giddey was good but needed the ball. Added the perfect glue guy.
I saw an amazing note that of OKCs 11 rotation players, 6 were not drafted or second rounders. Only player drafted in the top 9 was Chet. Their scouting and development is really impressive.
Minnesota hasn’t really been pressed this postseason and their regular season matchups were really good. Can’t believe Vegas has OKC as -375 to win the series.

Played Crown Colony in Lufkin this weekend. Disappointed.
I was okay with the $181 green fee, however, the range balls were of the quality of a muni, the greens were ROCK hard, zero, and I mean zero signage on which direction to go to the next tee box, no hole signs at all, and the most maddening thing was no pin sheets. Numerous times we had to drive all the way to the green to see what quadrant the pin was in.
That sucks. Was a bad ass layout back in the day.

Yes, this is Pippin Jr.’s fault. What an asshole, passing to the best dunker in the game. He basically injured himself with that pass.
I’m just saying if he makes the layup, Ja isn’t jumping. Dorts not reacting and there’s no injury. I fully get being up 27 or whatever and wanting to get the crowd to go ape with a Morant hammer. Just didn’t need to happen on a breakaway.

I mean, Dort is involved in a lot of “not intentional but reckless” plays.
I mean if Pippen jr. just takes the wide open layup instead of passing back to Ja, there’s nothing to talk about. Dort was just reacting.

So okc winning in 4 while Denver and the clippers play a war to 7 seems ideal for okc

I’m out. Wasn’t meant to be. Lol. Never chase it.

Leave May 31 for England:
Birkdale
royal Liverpool (hoylake)
Royal Lytham and st. Annes
sunningdale old and new
swinley forest
wanton heath
come back the 8th. My fat ass will be tired. We did the west coast of Ireland two years ago and LOVED it. Anyone done both and how they compare?

I’ve been doing the Dana white method lately (not to his limits obviously). I take anywhere from 2 to 10k play a hand for let’s say 3. I win, i pull it back. Play another hand, i win. I leave. Splits and doubles can really fuck up the strategy but the discipline to leave doubling your money regardless of how long you have played is a game changer. Casinos hate it.

Right now, the 4/5 series in the West is GS/Lakers. Anyone here that thinks LA wins that? I don’t.
Second round is against OKC. If I’m OKC, I’d rather play the Lakers.
Golden State is the only team that scares me. Solely because Steph can get 50 anytime and butler and Draymond can slow down SGA and Dub. Hartenstein and Chet would be the difference and the okc is light years better the GS.

Upgrading from Kevin O’Connor to Zach Lowe is like going from Charlie Strong/Herman to Sark. Simmons is on a roll.

Them winning by 33 is the best thing about it. It was basically the Thunder bench vs the Philly deep bench. Philly seems like they kinda suck.
The NBA is looking into them doing something similar against Portland a few weeks ago and they won by 20.
If Presti had this bench (and head coach) when KD and Russ were in okc, they’d have a couple banners. 38 year old Derek fisher was our best bench guy for two years. Lol

Epic battle tonight between OKC and Philly. OKC owns the pick, top 6 protected. Philly sitting there at 6th worst in the league and rolling out a G League roster. OKC's "injury" report is SGA, Dort, Cason, Jalen Williams, Hartenstein. Chet is "available."
To be fair, Dort, Wallace, and Dub have actual injuries. They just played 8 games in 14 games. Absolutely no reason for SGA to potentially roll an ankle against a 76ers team that isn’t even trying. And they won by 33.

Going to England with college teammates in June. Playing Royal Birkdale, Royal Lytham and st Anne’s, Royal Liverpool, Sunningdale old and new, swinley forest, and another not so famous.
We did Ireland a couple years ago: Lahinch, ballybunion, old head, Waterville, Tralee, and Dooks. We had an absolute blast.
Has anyone done both? What should my expectations be? Pretty pumped to play some of the Open rotation courses.

Wait, so he's been there and connected to their wifi before? Did he have a previous or friendly relationship with them?
In my experience my wifi only automatically connects to wifis I've previously manually connected to (password authenticated).
I think it was “open” so anyone could join it automatically connect while searching. Just saw it was Kaylee’s dad who let that slip. They know way more than the public.

Even without the DNA on the knife sheath, the circumstantial case is still pretty damning.
Leaves Pullman headed in the direction of Moscow in the early morning hours. Turns off phone or puts in airplane mode.
His car or similar car is scene driving down the road in front of the house several times. It connects to the their WiFi.
Car is seen leaving the area after the murders. He takes a complete different route home that takes him miles out out of the way. Turns back on his phone and connects to a VPN.
Google searches for Ka Bar knives found. Was kicked out of his PhD program for his treatment towards women.
Eyebrows match the description from of one the survivors.
Internet research posts about how it felt to kill people.
His car was in the vicinity of the crime scene 12 times leading up to the murder.
when he was arrested, he didn’t ask “what for” only “have they arrested anyone else”.
and that’s all that has been released. I’m sure the prosecutors have much more. Either he did it or he’s the unluckiest person in history.

I was surprised how good Hartenstein was. Legit great at everything except shooting, which is fine. Perfect complement to Chet.
The Giddey/Caruso trade seems to have worked for everyone. Giddey is doing OK in Chicago where he's more on ball. Caruso is a great defender and serviceable shooter. Gets injured a lot, though. Both him and Hartenstein have been great chemistry fits, too,
On the SGA being a "free throw merchant," can you tell me any great players that don't do that? It's been a part of the game for as long as I can remember. He just seems better at it because of his herky jerky style.
His pace, length, and length make him so hard to guard. Leads the league in drives, naturally you are going to get fouled a lot. They still shoot the 3rd least amount of free throws a game and foul the second most. All these people talking about free throw merchants conveniently don’t get that. There was a great article on the Athletic about his offseason regimen: practices against 8 dudes every morning at 6 or 5 if the gym at his high school is being used and he goes to the YMCA. Always has 2-4 people swarming at him. Has a 6’8” guy to work on his post moves. Goes to the gym before lunch. Back to the gym for shooting from 2-5. That’s insane work. Makes sense how he splits doubles so well, though. Journals every drill, piece of advice, and results and then reads that at night.

OKC addressed their weaknesses from last year. They were undersized and added Hartenstein. Giddey needs the ball to be of any value, but his defense was terrible. Couldn’t play in the playoffs. Also, he took the ball away from SGA. As mentioned above, maybe one more shooter would be nice, but Wiggins (who might be on the best contract in basketball outside of Peyton Pritchard) had really picked up his scoring. His have been great since the all star break. They are also in the top 10 in minutes missed by injury, so Mark has had to experiment with personnel and lineups. That will serve them well in the playoffs.

I don't think Moser was a bad hire. I just think that's a dead end program now. Almost no fan support, what NIL money they have goes to football and softball, not a great arena, no in state talent, etc. They had a good program for a long time but that was in the pre NIL days.
What demand there is for basketball in that market goes to Thunder games for a whole list of reasons. It killed all fan interest for both OU and OSU.
I like him. Moser can really develop. You can’t take Loyola Chicago to the final 4 and sweet 16 and not be able to coach. I guess he’s just not a great fit for the portal age. Hes got a good class coming in though.

I’ve had to explain that the decedent couldn’t sign sign a waiver of appraisement when selling the decedent’s home during a probate. Hounded me for weeks. Took all I had to say “you either want a dead guy to sign it or me to commit malpractice, neither happening”. Then he said he’d “run it up the pole to his manager”. Never heard anything back and we closed a couple weeks later.
