ATG.  Well, I guess so since he's one of only two "professional hot dog eaters" I've ever heard of / know about.  The other being some Asian looking dude that wears a headband.  I discovered him when somehow after perusing the Steel Shank thread I saw a video of him eating a 12 lb burrito.

Ever since Kobayashi ( Five time Nathan's winner) quit because of the Major League Eating contract falling out there has been nobody to really challenge Chestnut.  Getting Kobayashi and Chestnut back head-to-head would really add some spice to this contest.  See https://www.thedailybeast.com/the-rise-and-fall-of-takeru-kobayashi-godfather-of-competitive-eating-they-were-making-a-joke-of-me

I'm pretty sure the theory is that divers are attaching the mines when these ships are in port, and they are being detonated after they get in the gulf.  Supposedly all the mines have been placed on the same areas.

Latest news has them being placed on the ships with drones.  Crews claimed to have seen "flying objects" just before explosions.

  3. Buddy of mine divorced at 33 and immediately hooks up with a 22-23 yo. He was doing the bar tours with her 3-4 nights a week and she humped him dry, which was a good slump buster for him.  He only lasted 3 weeks with her, said he had a business to run and he couldn't handle the late night partying and as NG Eddie said she had no clue what she wanted in life other than the next night out.

  4. I'm sucker for many of the 40's & 50's era movies and watch all day long when possible.

Here's a few more:  Stalag 17, Here to Eternity, PT109, Sargent York, Up Periscope, Sink the Bismarck, Sands of Iwo Jima, Ice Station Zebra (cold war).

Getting harder to get past the some of the bad, fake movie shots in the old movies but I guess that's what they had to work with back then. I do like when they add real footage from actual battles.

  5. Weather can still be sketchy this time of year, beautiful one day and wintery the next day.

Only thing I can add is maybe a day trip to Estes Park for hiking in RMNP or Fort Collins for rafting on Cache la Poudre River.

Driving on I-25 between Denver and Colorado Springs has become a headache, especially if there is an accident.

Someone mentioned Beau Jo's Pizza which left me jonesing for a mountain pie...we used to always stop in Idaho Springs after skiing but they now have locations in Ft Collins & Denver.
