  1. If the transformer has 240 on the primary side and no 24 volts on the secondary the transformer is bad.
  2. Not at all. The lemon juice takes care of that. It is important to get all the fat trimmed however.
  3. Yep I should have known better. D"Hanis Country Mart parisa 35 serrano peppers chopped 6 small white onions chopped 3.5 lbs American cheese cubed 10 to 15 lbs pectoral, well trimmed juice of 12 to 16 lemons salt and pepper to taste run through grinder then mix thoroughly with hands
  4. On the old board I commented about my dad owning Country Mart in D"Hanis for years and making parisa. He passed away before I could get the recipe but someone asked if I came across it to let them know. Finally got the recipe from my brother if anyone wants it. It was used for making 10-15 lbs at a time so it would have to be broken down.
