  1. Yeah the 2019 GMC 6.2L is the only GM 2019 truck that got the 10-speed. I would’ve found a 2020 if the 10-speed wasn’t available. (The 8-speed caused a lot of body shake issues)

I’ve got an 8 speed 6.2 and can confirm the body shake. It feels like the transmission is going to give out every time it switches from 8 to 4 cylinders.

A relative of mine recently saw the monthly oil royalties from a well near Crystal City jump by 30x. As far as he can tell it's related to the well being re-fracked. What would the expectation be in terms of sliding back to the previous levels?  Is there a rule of thumb for Austin Chalk wells, or are there too many variables?

I'm not as familiar with the Austin Chalk but out in the permian this happens fairly regularly due to frac hits. An offset new-drill will connect with an existing producer during completions operations. Often times this just waters out the well but we've seen oil production on a number of wells jump 20-50x.

  3. Unless you either ride a bus or live at Spring Cypress/45 and leave the house at 4:45 in the morning, I'm calling bullshit.
Different commute (59 N) but I live in Kingwood and unless I leave before 7:00, it can take me 20 minutes just to drive 7 miles from my house to the freeway.   The 25 miles from there to Allen Parkway and Waugh can take 30 if I take the HOV and downtown isn't a mess or 60+ if 59/10/45 are a clusterfuck.

I’m in the office by 6. Two minutes from my front door to the grand parkway. 99->Hardy.
