  1. IT on Kendall Milton

The Clovis, CA., five-star running back made his way to Oklahoma and Texas for successive visits these past few days. He arrived in Austin on Friday and was supposed to leave on Saturday but stayed an extra day. Dates that go that well usually end in a pretty serious relationship but not always marriage.
When recruiting high profile out-of-state players, the goal should be to hit a home run on the first unofficial visit. At a minimum you need to secure an official visit, which I'm confident UT will get. There may even be another unofficial down the road. Kendall's father was unable to make the visit due to his own business trip but that may be a blessing in disguise if he visits with Kendall to survey the program as well. Kendall's mother did make the trip.
    1. "It was a great visit. Being around the coaching staff and their families was a big part of what made it so great because it shows that once you get there they’ll treat you as their own."
Kendall mentioned before the visit wanting to get the family feel. It seems Texas has done well with families in general since Herman arrived. So we can check that box.
    2. "Yessir, very prestigious school."
He's also mentioned business school as being a factor that could separate one school from the pack. Texas has about as good of a sell that "football school" can have.
    3. Kendall's third factor was depth chart. We all know the depth chart is about as enticing as a "football school" can have. He would play a significant role day-one at Texas on what would be a championship caliber offense.
I asked him why he and his mother stayed through Sunday and he said, "Yeah we stayed there for two days and it was just to be able to get a deeper vision on the program."
The Miltons are going to go about the process intelligently. Like with Zach Evans the best you can do is jockey for position and be in the top group when it gets to crunch time. Texas is in fine position as of now. Let's see if they can get the Miltons back when Kendall's father, Chris, can make the trip. My feeling is Kendall holds his father's opinion in very high regard.
Final shot: I think Kendall would have been a USC kid if the Trojans weren't in the tank. That could portend good things for Texas like it did with Bru McCoy.

His twitter is very OU friendly
  2. Probably doesn’t mean anything but on Casey Thompson’s snap chat he said “need help looking for an apartment in Oklahoma, any suggestions?”

Doesn’t make sense why he would leave since he would be back up and Sam isn’t always healthy and spring practice hasn’t even started. Could’ve been for asking for someone else.

  3. Haven’t been in here much but Evans just feels like he’s going to end up at Georgia or Bama, because that’s where they all go. If he strings it out long I can see it being like the sanders situation. 9.95ers will say Texas always had a chance until the hats are on the table.

    • Fuck You 1
  4. Without even looking I can tell you he's currently the ninth ranked prospect in the country so...........probably no?

Just curious. Didn’t Washington win the offensive mvp ? Just wondering if bru was getting a lot of raves like Washington.

Of course he’s ranked higher but just curious if he was getting talked about like Washington ( and Tyler Owens).
