I’d rather they did that than the patch, it would be a nod to 150 and the 69 team.

So who’s going to tweet CDC and Herman to request the 150 sticker rather than the 150 patch?

And the homeless women and children? Do we murder them, too?

Is it murder when the vet puts down your dog or cat who are or will be suffering with little hope of recovery? What if a physician assists a neurodegenerative patient with suicide?

  3. Team is cursed because now-dead owner didn’t want to admit first ever draft pick was a bust (yet not as bad as Joey Harrington, J.P. Lossman, Jamarcus Russell, Matt Leinart, Brady Quinn, and a few other first round QBs of that era), and took what was thought to be a generational DE to get after Peyton Manning.

  4. Income tax savings obviously means virtually nothing to pro athletes because it never stops players from wanting to go to teams in LA and SF. It doesn’t seem to drive players to teams in Texas, Florida, or Tennessee.

Although it’s funny when athletes nickel and dime in contract negotiations over that last million, and they could have taken less in Texas or Florida and put more after tax money in the bank.

I watched "The Office" finale last night, and for an episode with only a small cameo from Michael Scott, I thought it was a pretty good way to wrap up the show.

After Michael Scott left, they should have just jumped to the last two episodes (AARM and finale) and called it quits!

Finally watched the finale last night and that was a truly bizarre and awkward episode.  Tyrion's "first she came for the slavers..." speech was probably the highlight of the episode for its sheer awfulness.  As for Bran, the idea that the remaining six kingdoms would remain united behind such a powerless figurehead is farcical.  What's the point?  What is Bran going to do if a kingdom rebels?  He has no army, nothing.  It would have made far more sense if each of the kingdoms became independent.

Writers didn’t want to give American secessionists any ideas.

  7. So Bran can see the future, in addition to seeing the past and warging into people.

He could have told them Cersei wasn’t sending troops, how the Battle If Winterfell would go, how Danny would torch Kings Landing...but kept silent.

He could have warged into Drogon before he torched KL and instead killed Danny, or warged into Drogon after Jon killed Danny and torched the unsullied and dothraki, or warged into Greyworm and told their armies to disband bc Jon is king. Nope he just sits there and behaves more awkwardly than a calculator nerd at a sorority mixer. I do not understand the logic.

Also, in the sense of “did Indiana Jones actually have an impact in Raiders of the Lost Ark?”, did Jon’s heritage really have any impact in the outcome of this saga? Dragon didn’t obey him after Danny died. Had he not known he was or had not actually been Targeryan, his sense of duty still would have led him to kill her. The only impact it had was that he was not into incest, didn’t give her the dick at Dragonstone, and that’s what made her snap? Lack of incest was the hinge point?

  8. I remember Christian Bail saying that he would consider reprising the role but they were ready to move on from him post-Nolan. Seems weird they’d dump one of the top 2 (or 3 depending how much you love Adam West) batmen for this vampire tranny. DC keeps screwing up their Supermen too. At least they locked down a hottie for WW.

This was sarcastic and posted 3 months ago? Why am I getting neg reps on it today?

  10. As a 20 year old (as opposed to a 40 year old shaggy poster), I’d think NO would be a lot more appealing place to live than markets like Milwaukee, Salt Lake, Phoenix, OKC, Indiana, etc.

If he really thinks he’s above the construct of the draft process, maybe NYK send #3 plus future #1’s to NO in a Chris Webber for Penny type trade.
