Sounds like "his ho bag realtor" did a good job representing her client's interest.
You don’t have to take things personally just because you are in the same industry. My realtor confirmed she did several borderline unethical things during the option period and then put a gun to our head. I would have loved telling her to pound sand and having her client be pissed he lost the property, if not for personal issues and our desire to sell the house sooner rather than later. Have you never encountered unethical bitches in your line of work? I don’t intend to derail the thread with this. It was a side detail of my post but I’m not going to let you call me out like I’m an ignorant moron just because I don’t have my own real estate license.

Rey/Kylo duel and the Holdo kamikaze are definitely rewatchable.
Fortunately both these scenes happen in the same 4 minute stretch so you can just fast forward your TiVo about 80% through the movie, then maybe watch the last two minutes and dwell on how terribly sad Luke’s life turned out.

Listed our house in 78702 a couple weeks ago. Got first offer in 7 days, got a better offer we accepted on day 9 in the MLS. First time home buyer ignorantly asked for the moon during his option period and his ho bag realtor kept trying to justify it. We gave in on most of his requests (almost $2000 for various repairs plus our old appliances) but came out pretty good. Didn’t get the multiple offers in first 24 hours I heard so much about, but maybe I had it priced $15-25k too high. Who knows? [informative brag]

We did honeymoon at Secrets The Vine. The accommodations and food were excellent. We plan to go back for our 5 year anniversary.

I have tickets to the game tomorrow at 1:05. It has been snowing for the past two hours. Should be a hoot.

+1 on Happy Gilmore was his best movie, not the median. Billy Madison and Waterboy are guilty pleasure watches on rerun. Big Daddy uuhhhhhhhhhh, and well everything else no thank you.

I’d be all for Kaepernick getting a tryout and signing him if he is a legit option to win games if called on. He wasn’t very impressive on the field his last 1+ years and IMO is using this political crap as his excuse and legal grounds to sue for not being employed. We saw with VY and other talented QBs that teams often want a clear #2, not a #1b that could ignite a QB controversy. Maybe CP is more a QB1b than a QB2, or maybe he’s more like a QB3 these days...
If he’s going to be a distraction though, there’s no chance I’d sign him no matter how talented he is.

Are they unwilling to put any money at backup QB? It seems QB2 (or others) start a few games for Houston every year. They could have gone after the best non-starters, guys like Bridgewater, Gabbert, etc. Weeden makes me want to puke. When does TJ Yates get brought in? I’d personally rather have a 40 year old Sage Rosencopter

2018 CFB rule changes

The effect of moving kickoffs up 5 yards and assigning touchbacks to the 25 yard line was kickers kicking the ball high and forcing the returner to catch the kickoff inside the 5 or 10 and ideally near the sideline to pen them in deep. This new rule takes away that strategy because the returner will just wave for a fair catch. Now coaches must come up with a way have a kick bounce somewhere so they can’t signal fair catch but takes long enough to field so their gunners can get down there and make a tackle before the receiving team can set up a return.
