They were down 31-0 while being quarterbacked by Jerrod Johnson who was 10x better than Vince Young.

JJ had a passing TD on two attempts, but yes, aggy got embarassed, nonetheless.

During the 2007 football season Johnson backed up junior Stephen McGee at quarterback. He took 20 snaps the entire season, and 13 of those 20 were running plays. He compiled 161 all-purpose yards for five touchdowns.[2]

That’s crazy. I can’t imagine a dorm on campus that doesn’t have cameras in the halls or at least at the entrance.

I was an RA in San Jacinto (where the players on campus live) when I went to UT. There are cameras in the common areas outside of the residential areas (lobby, main hallways, rec rooms, laundry, etc.); however, there are not any in the actual residential portions of the buildings - except for right outside of the elevators. If someone wanted to steal a bunch of stuff and go down the stairwells, they certainly could. However, based on ease of not getting caught, I'd bet it's another resident(s) who lives in the building. That would be the easiest way to not get caught.

An Ohio State reporter catering to Ohio State kids is telling his subscriber base what they want to hear? Weird.

Something has changed in that situation. He was a total afterthought until about a week ago. Literally no one was mentioning him. But a few folks have reported there might be interest there. So he's indicated that, minimally, he's listening

From what I've seen, the 9.95s have mentioned that JS-N was the one who reached out to the Texas staff - not the other way around. Granted, take the sources for what they're worth. Nonetheless, I hope it's more than marshmallow fluff and smoke.

Young secondaries, even when extremely talented, tend to get abused in this league. Holton Hill, Kris Boyd, DeShon Elliot, and soon to be Brandon Jones were big time recruits that panned out into NFL draft picks and all conference guys. They were... Not good when they played early in 2015-16. OU has had no shortage of DB talent in its past few classes and you've seen what's happened to that defense.

I hope I'm wrong, and it does help to have experience over the top at safety, but I would bet on the CBs being a liability on multiple occasions throughout the B12 schedule. That's just life in this league when you trot out guys who aren't battle tested.

It's going to really help the DBs to finally have a plus-pass rush this season. Texas hasn't had one for years.

If Roach is saying anything subliminally, then SMU might be the unexpected team... But I'm probably reading into it too much

    It’s Kansas.

In the comments, Roach mentioned a connection with Emmett Jones, who is Kansas’ WR coach. Jones is originally from Dallas.

I can’t wait until Herman can hire Beaty into a coaching position. Screw KU (on two fronts).

    IMO it's Evans > Robinson > McLellan > Milton

I'm not going to rank the lot, but Robinson might just be the best of them when it comes to agility and catching the ball out of the backfield. If UT lands him, he's going to make a living on scorching LBs when motioned.
