Kristen Schaal pointing out the big red buttons to Laszlo and Colin Robinson , and Nadia referring to Gail stringing along Nandor for 40 years but being willing to turn into a werewoman the first time a werewolf shows her his lipstick were among the greatest moments of episode 3. I love this show

If you haven’t killed him yet, he’s a pet now. Name him Andrew.
I assume you meant Andrews? -
Nit picking….late ‘60’s would be more accurate. But yeah…..this was top 0.01% of all time best sitcom episodes ever.
My wife and I said the same thing. -
Has Nebraska blamed us today for anything?
That one second put back on the clock for Texas in 2009 clearly caused a ripple in the time-space continuum that has wreaked havoc and chaos in the universe, particularly in Lincoln, NE.

So I moved back into Moncrief today and took a quick tour around the joint.
First spoiler alert, don't expect anything new regarding the locker room. Construction covered it all during the renovations so pics you've seen before with those lockers that were put in 2 years ago, the super chic bathroom/showers, and the TV wall are the same. There might be some minor cosmetic changes, maybe different carpet but it's pretty much the same.
The training room is baddass and huge. Totally different from what was there and next to it is an all new hydrotherapy room. Cody Pools was in there today getting it set up. Training staff were moving in so lots of boxes everywhere and there's still some final work from construction being done so I didn't take any pics yet
The equipment room is not very fancy but it's freakin huge now with a way better functioning layout and connecting to the locker room in a better way than before
Players lounge is now downstairs next to the locker room and it is very nice and super cool. It's close to my laundry room too so I might find
myself chillin' in there sometimes for a break [https://s3media]
New staff locker rooms are very nice. Coaches locker room is upstairs now and is baddass. Staff spaces are first class now where as before it was kinda find some space for your stuff if you can in a janky shower/locker room.
I didn't see the weight room yet as Power Lift is there installing everything.
There's new office spaces but I didn't go in that area
There's fresh branding on the walls. It's pretty swanky and about what you might expect with cool lighting, bold graphic lighted art, All Americans, and all that stuff. I'll get pics of that soon.
There's still some areas that need to be finished up with paint and flooring but Moncrief is back to functioning and we can work in there which is outstanding considering the makeshift facilities we've been dealing with since Jan 2020 were getting old very fast. Not one staffer has expressed regret leaving NEZ and getting back to Moncrief. Everybody had a smile and that's saying something because moving sucks.
And for me the laundry room is about 2x bigger than before. 7 brand spankin' new large washers, 1 small washer, and 10 gas dryers. There's also a new space that I quickly turned into my little lounge area where I put my fridge, chairs, and there's a 55" Sony mounted to the wall. I got my firestick plugged in so it's ready for streaming while I do laundry.
Did they get the exhaust vents for those dryers hooked up to blow into the visitor’s locker room yet, or not?- 4

I mean, they couldn't get orange lights? That would seem like a more natural choice.

I am sure this is probably too late, but here is my summary:

I posted this to Hornfans and the Shag back in 2011 when the ags ran away from us the first time. Might as well bring it back now in light of their BOR meeting on Monday.
Brave Sir Aggie
Bravely bold Sir Aggie rode forth from his Big 12 (ed. SEC) lot
He was not afraid to die, O brave Sir Aggie
He was not at all afraid to not be broadcast in many ways
Brave, brave, brave, brave Sir Aggie
He was not in the least bit scared to be second to UT
Or to have to earn his funding by his own keep
To have his colleagues' dough to his benefit split
And his signed contracts all hacked and mangled, brave Sir Aggie
His tradition smashed in and his honor cut out
And his rivals removed and his TV unplugged
And his nostrils raped and his bottom burnt off
And his penis...
Brave Sir Aggie ran away
Bravely ran away, away
When big brother reared its mighty horned head
He bravely turned his tail and fled
Yes, brave Sir Aggie turned about
And gallantly he chickened out
Bravely taking to his feet
He beat a very brave retreat
Bravest of the brave, Sir Aggie- 2

Someone mentioned Rumsfeld. Here's a couple of his "rules" that apply here.
“If you’re coasting, you’re going downhill.” (L.W. Pierson)
"Know your customers!"
He even had one for aggy:
“First law of holes: If you get in one, stop digging.” (Anonymous)
Haha. Interesting ad showed up in Tapa for me just above your post.

I had a client in Dallas that owned like 6 Audis. When he traded on 5 for 6 I said something like 'why are you trading in? That car is barely out of warranty' he said I've owned 5 Audis and everyone knows to never own an Audi out of warranty. That's stuck with me

That price is correct these days sadly. May find a few bucks cheaper but seems to be the going rate. You sure home shield doesn’t cover?
The charge is just for the refrigerant. Apparently AHS only covers refrigerant at $10 per pound. -
$1,200 just to add refrigerant? Am I missing something?
This appears to be an 25 LB bottle of 410A refrigerant for $89: https://www.ebay.com/itm/164937430357
I have a full bottle just like it in my garage that cost me about the same. . I bought a similar bottle several years ago, and it was used to top off my own AC’s and several friends and acquaintances. My AC guy charges Bernard
Yes, but apparently misquoted using R22. Still expensive at $7-800 for 8lbs of R410a, but that seems to be the going rate including installation around here. Sounds like you’ve got a good AC person. However, a properly functioning system should not need refrigerant added. They are designed to be a closed system. If you are having to add any then you’ve got a leak somewhere.
