the second link is, per Wikipedia “a far-right international multi-language newspaper and media company affiliated with the Falun Gong new religious movement.”

I would challenge the assertion that people are well served to ingest all content regardless of the source.

and he didn’t answer the question

You're close to CR'ing what is otherwise a good topic. We can all read the sources for ourselves, and PP's policy is what it is, regardless of who reports on it.

  2. I remember being so jealous of OU for how they used Jermaine Gresham. That dude was like a Swiss army knife. He allowed them to go from passing sets to running sets with perfect personnel and no subbing. It created so many mismatches. It's awesome to see Texas not only have an elite TE but also use him correctly.

Achane will be lucky to get through the season uninjured

They're absolutely running him into the ground. "Hand off to Achane" is the only productive play they have.

Huge difference from Sark's offense, where we have playmakers in position to make plays all over the field - Bijan/Roschon/Keilan at RB, Worthy/Whittington at WR, Sanders at TE - these guys are all living up to the hype. Hell, even Hudson Card is extending drives with his legs and managing the game. And we're missing the two biggest offensive weapon we got in the offseason, Ewers and Neyor. It's refreshing to watch a good offense.

Well, there's that issue with their defense.  Not sure a "dynamic playcaller" is gonna fix that side of the ball.

It's really egregious especially given the defensive talent they have. Nobody does less with more. At some point even the bags won't be enough to lure guys like Hill and Hicks.

  5. Fun fact. The Galindos used to be  family acquaintances. We went to their house a few times, I had his email, and we'd email each other occasionally, so I know his email worked. Anyway, our paths led in different directions, and I didn't see him for a few months. At that time, I was raising money for poor kids in Austin, and I thought a tour of LHN studios would make a great auction item. So I emailed Galindo to see if he could arrange a tour, and....no response. I waited a week and followed up with another email, reiterating that this was to help poor kids. No response. I tried one more time, and nothing. He completely ghosted me. This would have taken two minutes of his time to forward my email to the right person, but he just ignored it. Who does that?

Dude, King was absolutely ranked as a 5 star by at least one service, if not the composite, the summer before his senior year. He plummeted like a rock during his senior year, but it was a mindblowing thing to watch on the recruiting side when he was being lauded due to some stupid fucking camp.

He climbed to #25 in the composite (in August) before he started playing real games and plummeting in the rankings.

Fortunately for A&M, a message board poster has a solution:

"This may be harsh but we all have had to perform in our professional careers."

Yes, but most of us have not had an employer offer us $90 million, guaranteed, regardless of performance.

I hope you are right. But what if it's fool's gold? What if Bama isn't that good? Or if they are good, what if they didn't show up prepared and still managed to beat us?

Then we're mediocre again. Welcome to Texas football!

What FCB said a few hours ago:

Hudson Card is receiving treatment for “a high ankle sprain” and didn’t take any practice reps on Monday. Those practice reps went to Charles Wright and walk-on Cole Lourd.

If Card isn’t notably better by Thursday, then Wright will get the start against UTSA on Saturday.

The hope would be that Card’s ankle could recover enough for Card to be the starting quarterback at Texas Tech on Sept. 24 and/or UT’s home game against West Virginia on Oct. 1.

The target date for Quinn Ewers’ return from a sternoclavicular sprain is Texas’ Oct. 8 game in the Cotton Bowl against Oklahoma (with an outside chance of Ewers playing in the West Virginia game if he’s a fast healer).

Four weeks is usually the minimum timetable for a sternoclavicular sprain like Ewers’

Man, Tech is a tough place to play. I remember our 2008 team looking she'll shocked by that crowd.

If PFF grades are to be believed - Fatheree has significantly regressed from last year (72.4 last year vs. 56.5 this season).  I've seen several aggy fans talk about Foster coming back as some sort of panacea for their OL troubles - but that seems ludicrous given how poorly he looked to end their season - and that he took time away from football and allegedly considered quitting.

And they're not even in conference play yet. Mother of God.
