Extremely doubtful that they would put a big game like this in LR
Do they do that much anymore since they got the Walmart Great Value stadium?

How do you know someone went to Duke? Don't worry, they'll tell you.
My kids looked at Duke and we visited. It was mostly bookish and nerdy with a small bit of that wannabe antebellum shit that second tier SEC schools like aggy and Auburn love so much.

They had multiple NFL upperclassmen on defense
Forgot Grimes but the above is the shocking part. I guess it was Rhule.

I can’t figure out the 12 win Sugar Bowl season. Rhule’s not exactly Reddy Killowatt and he was gone for 2 years at that point, so I’m having trouble buying that he baked the cake. But obviously it wasn’t Aranda.
Can we blame covid?

Kinda weird to go all in defending a snooty, rich private school based on their USNW ranking
You go to law school there or something?
Never thought of Duke as snooty. It’s what happens when Rice fucks Auburn.

Now you know why Gabriel bounced.
I'm not buying it. Every time I start to think OU is fucked they 1996 us. Or 2000 us.

York's rare athletic traits are being slow and short for his position
I have those same traits, in addition to being old and lazy. What's my bag offer?

as a reminder there are actual athletes selling their team issued stuff (which it's legal for them to do) on NARP and Players Trunk
https://theplayerstrunk.com/collections/texas (these usually have good stuff, have the least ive seen there in a long time at the moment. wonder if the CFP thing makes it more likely folks post items)
https://narpclothing.com/product-category/colleges/texas/ (this has older stuff, notmuch on it at the moment)
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=texas+longhorns+team+issued&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&rt=nc&Featured%20Refinements=Team%20Issue&_dcat=24541 (ebay has a LOT of squirrelly shit on it that they say is team issued, so be careful. i usually flip the condition to used to try and get away from the stuff that's clearly a fake)
Is the sideline gear sized to fit over a uniform? There's a big difference between XL on a golf shirt and XL on something that goes over pads.

I feel like at some point they will have enough departures and decommits to be able to offer a good package to a couple of 5-stars and still stay in their budget, given that they seem to run everything off credit cards and payday loans anyway.

What's the price range for "affordable?" I looked at a used Rolex today and it cost more than bluebook on a nice pre-owned Lexus.

Are we ever going to be on FS1 etc after the conference move? I think come May or so, i may cut it all except subs to Netflix, HBO, prime, ESPN and Hulu. Only other thing we watch are the locals.

That Manny Diaz has managed to make millions of dollars by coaching football will never cease to amaze me.
Diaz seems to do pretty well with a senior-laden defense. He basically runs in four-year cycles from shockingly bad to acceptable to good.
Big 10 also helps

That Bobby post reads like the Texas staff knows a good WR is going to enter the portal that hasn't yet.
Or that Bobby is making all that up to get people to stay glued but stop bugging him

Definitely the worst loss of Bilbo's firing is that nappy hag no longer tormenting the ags.
She needs them to all be good kids who graduate

Row 2 is worse. I had those seats once back in college. The people in Row 1 had a safe place to set their drinks or kick their feet up during breaks. Not to mention the cross bar on the goal post blocked my view of the scoreboard line that showed down and distance, yard line, etc.
We got row 1 behind the post in the LHF draw one year. Sent them back with a nasty letter and never got them in the draw again. When we got to the stadium they were empty.

There is literally no better stadium for actually watching football than the Cotton Bowl, at least not in the dozens I gave been to across the country. The sight lines are amazing anywhere except under the overhang or row 1 dead back of end zone. I don’t give a shit about anything else.

Nope. All about “those guys were a disappointment across the board. Better to let Elko and Klein get their own guys than waste money on all these guys who really weren’t that great. Although they were still the greatest class ever assembled and the only reason they’re leaving is that powerless and unimportant little brother tu controls everything and has slanted the playing field.”
