  1. Just finished this. Nothing surprises me anymore. A great history of East vs West and finishes with current and future challenges.

“This volume will engross the general reader and policy maker alike, not least because it provides an unsettling window into the behavior of the second challenger, the People’s Republic of China.”

  2. So this shooter was at SHOT show this year, where he met and became a fan of Brandon Herrera. This guy is all over the place.

Yup. Also had “Kiss Me” written in the barrel of one of his long guns. The only logical conclusion is he was radicalized by Sixpence None the Richer.

  3. Guess the new season is an All Big brother cast (some duos some family members but at least 1 BB person on each team)

Would be more entertaining if they cast the Real Housewives of Atlanta.

  4. Why do you think an unpopular man with the left was chosen to test the waters for using the FBI against those critical of Donald Trump and his successors?

Trump wants to shape the FBI to be more like Putin’s FSB.

  5. This should give us great comfort that he is overseeing such an important project for the American people.
I mean, look at that pic.  He is as wide as he is tall.

He so desperately wants a real Presidential Palace in D.C.

  6. Nazi Town USA is a good watch.

There is also a feature-length documentary in production based on Michael Benson’s book Gangsters vs. Nazis: How Jewish Mobsters Battled Nazis in Wartime America.

Myer Lansky and Jewish Mafia were recruited by NY judge Nathan Perlman to disrupt Bund rallies. Apparently unofficially sanctioned by some big time NY politicians. Perlman told them no guns and don’t kill them just beat the shit out of them. They did so mostly using baseball bats.

WASHINGTON, July 29 (Reuters) - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will rescind the long-standing finding that greenhouse gas emissions endanger human health, as well as tailpipe emission standards for vehicles, removing the legal foundation of greenhouse gas regulations across industries, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin announced on Tuesday.
Republican President Donald Trump's pick Zeldin announced the agency's plan to rescind the "endangerment finding" at an event at a truck factory in Indiana, alongside Energy Secretary Chris Wright, and called it the largest deregulatory action in U.S. history.

So no more state inspections for my car?
  8. I can’t find the interview to post, but Talarico was spitting fire Tuesday night on MSNBC. His quote- “The only minorities destroying America are the billionaires.”

Yeah. They interviewed him at an event in Plano that we attended. Over 1K attended and they had to do another event a block over for the overflow. That’s where MSNBC did the interview. He was good, clear and concise. Spoke with him briefly.

  9. I'm at the point where, assuming he is as clean as the rest of the field, that I want Tadej to take the stage wins record.  He is almost halfway there.  If he can stay healthy and his prime window isn't cut short, I think he has a chance.  On the other hand, stages like today where riding defensively makes sense will hinder his efforts.  He needed Jonas to be a little stronger and actually be a threat to win the stage.  I think if he made a conscious effort to go for the record, he would get it.  For me, the record belongs in the hands of a GC rider who has won the tour multiple times, not a sprint specialist who frequently needs help to avoid being disqualified on time deficit.

According to Cycling News the press tried to question Arensman because one of the Ineos staff might have been implicated in the Operation Aderlass doping case.
  10. Yeah Pog said his objective was to "defend the yellow and not be too aggressive."
I bet if he would have been a bit closer to Arensman he would have gone for the stage. He likes to win stages.
