Not Texas but sue me ... if Yellowstone can send Jimmy to the four sixes then it counts.

MISSOULA, Mont. (KECI) – A high school principal was required to take care of students' horses due to an old law.
On Monday, Principal Raymond DeBruycker of Conrad High School Principal was required to take care of 12 of his students' horses.
Montana has an old law that states if a student rides their horse to school the school principal must take care of the horse throughout the day.
"Mr. DeBruycker has his work cut out for him today." the school district posted on Facebook.

In Breaking Bad Jimmy doesn't know that Lalo and Nacho are dead. When Walt and Jessie kidnap him and take him out to the desert he asks them if Lalo or Ignacio sent them. Maybe Lalo gets away.
We might already be in the Breaking Bad timeline. Breaking Bad's timeline was two years. Walt was introduced to the underground lab about half way in (Season 3 Episode 6). The lab seems to be finished or close to finished so those events of Walt being reintroduced to Jessie could be occurring simultaneously. That would put us just a year from Jimmy / Saul moving to Omaha.
We know that Kim is from Nebraska. Perhaps she is the one looking for Gene at the end. Maybe Kim realizes what she let Saul get her into and exacts some type of revenge.
But it could be Lalo.
I believe Better Call Saul is in 2004-05 currently, and Breaking Bad is 2008, so we're still 3+ years out from Walt's first cook.

Is it too much even for Surl to take maybe 48 hours to mourn an unimaginably tragedy before starting to act like assholes?

Maybe the biggest stretch of all is the timeline. They found the entire crew and got everyone back in what, two hours? Plus developing the film and getting them to the P.I. and to Howard?

Honestly, I had to scroll past the pictures. Maybe in a couple of days.

Like other Jimmy schemes, there were many opportunities for the plan to fail. Example: what if Howard called for a break to talk over the problem with Cliff. Cliff would have thought Howard was out of it but it would have prevented the public meltdown. Or what if Howard had kept the incriminating photo in his possession.
I guess the one thing that we didn't know fully in advance was the the PI was working with Jimmy (assumed by not yet verified) and Howard figured out how he incorrectly connected with the fake PI.
Despite the entire suspension of disbelief one needs for the entire D-Day con, this part did not sit well with me. Maybe we're supposed to believe the drugs did it, but it seemed very un-Howard like to confront the judge in front of everyone. I would have thought he would have gone and gotten the pictures, presented them to the mediator and Cliff in private. That part I really had a hard time buying.
And I guess being a partner he's a little disconnected from the street, but I also would assume for such a personal matter he would have called up and spoken to the owner of the P.I. shop and enlisted a guy he could trust not just any random.
I feel bad for Howard. You could see on Kim's face when he talked about his marriage maybe she had some fleeting second thoughts. I bet he thought Lalo probably was part of the con.
