We're about 5 years away from looch claiming he was roommates with Travis as well.
He asked to suck Kelce’s cock so he could claim he went down on Taylor Swift.

"Opportunity is there for the Aggies to bring in a player of equal or greater value"
What is the plan if those DL guys leave, bring in some six-stars?
But they was the #1 class in recorded history!

I've had to take folks aside, young and old, and explained....."Look, when we're out of state...and somebody asks where you went to school, say Texas or UT-Austin. UT means different shit in different parts of the country. And don't just say "Tech", you have to say "Texas Tech." And then I'd get into the whole, "These guys all went to business school so they'll often to refer to their alma mater as Sloan or Kellogg or Marshall even though we don't really say McCombs." You don't have to sit down and memorize the entirety of a Fiske Guide to Colleges, but a cursory knowledge of the name usage/locations/some trivia nugget of these 20 or so colleges is a great way too make idle chit-chat at a reception or lunch break. Same as knowing a little bit about international soccer or geopolitics when dealing with foreign nationals. Just something to show you care and are up to date on shit. But try telling that to a fucking Aggie. these fucking morons can be in midtown Manhattan at GE Headquarters or on Wall Street or on Sand Hill Road and will open with, "As an Ag...my view of the markets is..." Nobody talks like that, even cross-fitter vegans from Yale wait 60 seconds into the conversation before throwing that shit out there. Read a fucking room.
I’ll go. When we were living in Manhattan Beach and having our first kid we went to a birthing class with a bunch of other expectant parents. We grew close to a couple from Europe that lived in our neighborhood. They both worked at Chevron in El Segundo, CA.
Years and years later the husband ends up working at a refinery in Texas. I talked to him on the phone and we talked about life and how I was thinking of coming out to Texas for a game possibly and he remembered that I went to Texas and grew up in state.
He’s talking about work and mentions that the people he interviews from Aggie are super weird and almost like a cult He doesn’t like hiring them despite their good PE program.
This is a guy who didn’t grow up in the country and had very little interest in American College football. But as an unbiased observer he came to the same conclusion as we do.

Anyone that looks like Elko does at 46 assuredly has personal issues.
I was thinking about it: there really hasn’t been an obese coach who’s dominated CFB in a while. Who was really the last?
Saban, Carroll, Meyer, Dabo, Mack wasn’t nearly as heavy back in 06. I guess Kirby is chubby.

I remember when Tech had to pay a handler to help manage Mike Leach’s drinking problem in Lubbock after he passed out on the roadside on his way to an alumni gathering in Midland or some shit. He’d still show up places shithoused, but he’d get there on time. RIP Pirate.
Anywho, after all of the angry shit talking the aggies have done about Sarkisian and his battle with alcohol, this could get really, sadly, fun. Elko is rumored to enjoy a diet of chicken fried steak and four fingers of bourbon x 5 each night. He didn’t handle the HC stress well at Duke. I doubt there’s nearly the same level of pressure on him in College Station though.
Still, they might want to hire like 3 or 8 handlers for him, just in case.
Five chicken fried steaks a night is excessive.

Fisch is the only name I've seen floated that would somewhat concern me.. if it's the DL coach, holee shit lol
Can’t see him doing it now. He was basically left at the altar by the groom for a fat hag he had a crush on in high school.
No self respecting coach would walk back into negotiating room after that.

And it's not like these names are coming from random media guys obviously being linked by agents trying to get raises, if Bjork isn't saying the names himself, Lucci is and that's practically the same thing.
Yeah. I’m not getting there strategy here. Seems like the play is to usually float unimpressive names and surprise with a very good hire. If it ends up being Elko or Traylor or even Fisch it starts their whole regime out with a huge disappointment.
Can’t imagine it’ll help their recruiting to play it that way either.

Not a team first guy. -
Is Moose Mohammed draft eligible? Not sure why nobody talks about that guy. He’s probably a lower risk transfer to take.

Why would anyone take the aggy job for less of a contract than Jimbo's?
Starting the year, aggy was already behind GA, Bama, Tenn, Ole Miss and LSU. As this season played out in reality they are also behind OU and Texas which joins the SEC next year. The new coach has to recruit and coach his ass off to attempt to gain ground on the seven teams ahead of them. Aggy has set the precedent of what they are willing to pay a coach with a guaranteed contract and no buy out. I ask again why would anyone take the aggy job for less of a contract than Jimbo's?
This is especially true for Kiffin. For all they shit he’s talked about Jimbo, there’s no way he would go there for less money than Jimbo got.

Dinged up? There are Max Johnson shaped craters littering every field aggy has played on since weigman got injured. I swear every passing down, in the bits of their games that I’ve seen, Johnson has been pile driven into the dirt within 2 seconds of the snap. I honestly wouldn’t be shocked if this was mom and dad deciding to pull the ripcord before their son is permanently confined to a wheelchair due to one too many snaps behind that porous line.
Yeah. I realize he’s getting his ass kicked. Just didn’t watch the whole game to see if he actually sustained an obvious injury. But maybe you’re right that his parents are pulling the plug. Brad looked really pissed in the stands.

A poster on IT who seems to have legit contacts within the Aggy program is saying Max is done for the season. Did he get dinged up during their game?

The year prior to me graduating from HS (88) Dad bought a “big screen” which was at best 44” inches in screen size. But that M f’er was a huge piece that was at least 3-4’ wide, 5’ tall, and 2’ wide/thick. It was a beast, for 40” of TV screen! Try to move that without a dolly, good luck!
Hook’em!!!Was it one of those front projection jobbies that had red, green and blue spotlights shining at the screen? I don’t think there was ever a 44” CRT TV. I bought a “fancy” Sony Trinitron 32” tube TV in 2001 and that fucker weighed a ton.

Stupid. His contract is guaranteed. If he were to take another job there is no offset. He has no reason to “quit.” He has 78 million reasons to wait to get fired.

Any idea that maybe that was the play the whole time? Push the snap past Quinn, cause mass confusion, let the RB pick it up, get the first down, profit.
I actually questioned whether the play was supposed to be snapped to Sanders. He walked right up behind Ewers and even put his hands down between Ewers legs like he was receiving a snap.

They weren’t going to make ERob the DC. Elks tried to bring Santucci with him to Aggy but he decided instead to stay at Duke. They were going to make Robinson “the highest paid position coach in the country” at $2m. He turned them down.
