  1. That's fair. It's possible I'm just mentally discounting RBs because I'm not certain a backfield of Bijan, Jamaal and D'Onta Foreman would set the word on fire behind this OL
  2. Welp, i think the TE room might be good. And Goosby can play. Other than that I'm struggling to find anything to get excited about on offense. What the fuck
  3. This looks like a lot like it could be a meme coin that would go up 20,000% before going back to 0.
  4. I agree with your overall point, but I dunno that you could have picked a worse example. The end arounds are about the only time that Wingo shows there is some speed somewhere in his skill set. He was pulling away from WIll Johnson, who had an angle on him and barely clipped his ankles.
  5. If Black touches out of bounds while the ball is on his head, play is dead, right?
  6. Earl Thomas was best of the group. If he gets dinged for such a short career on the 40 then so be it, but that's the high-water mark for DB play at Texas
  7. I'm told Orlando Pace wouldn't start for this unit. Swing tackle at best
  8. It's possible I imagined it, but I thought in one of the OTF videos they said Goosby's injury was to a finger. Not sure that squares with missing multiple practices or how that would be managed, if I heard and recall correctly
  9. Maybe he fell victim to unfair expectations, but I kind of thought Baxter was a bit underwhelming when healthy. The '23 team definitely looked a lot better to me when JBrooks was on the field. I'm not certain 80% makes Baxter a huge contributor. I also understand that it's possible for players to improve from their first year on campus. I hope that's the case here. Seems like an absolute stud as a kid and love his interviews, but I just hope to see a player on the field who has some burst when there's a hole to run through this time around.
  10. A player not returning to form until the year after the year they return from injury isn't that wild of a notion whether it's from overcoming physical or psychological barriers. Sometimes players look like they haven't missed a beat their first year back. We'll find out how it goes with Baxter.
  11. Believe it or not, that's Livingstone repping at DT
  12. Julio Jones made a ton of plays without scoring many TDs. He's Julio 2.0. At worst
