  1. I must have missed something, because when I see him block he's using one hand. But my eyes do deceive me, so I'll take your word over mine.
  2. I do get where you're coming from, but you are only listing Texas QBs, not the majority of college QBs. Take into account these are entire seasons, and I'm just picking names everyone knows. Jaxson Dart (Ole Miss) - 3300 yds, but only 23 TD's and 5 INT'S 65% comp. He got significantly better the next year. Those are really solid numbers, but not "elite". Jayden Daniels (LSU) - 2913 yds 17 TD's 3 INT's 69% comp. Good passing numbers, but 17 TD's is below, below average, but he did only have 3 INT's. His extra senior year he threw for 40 TD's and 4 INT's. Now that's elite. (But again # he had an extra year due to Covid. Does that change anything? Maybe. Maybe not.) Tyler Shough (Tech mf'er played 7 years) - as same classification as Arch he threw for 1600 yds 13 TD's and 6 INT's 63% comp Drake Maye (UNC) - 3600 yds 24 TD's 9 INT'S (he actually regressed from the season prior) 62% comp JJ McCarthy (UM) - 2700 yds 22 TD's 5 INT'S 64% comp Bo Nix (AUB) - 2200 yds 11 TD's 3 INT's 61% comp Will Levis (UK) - 2400 yds 19 TD's 10 INT's 65% (both junior and senior years %) Kenny Pickett (Pitt) 2400 yds 13 TD's 9 INT's 61% comp Zach Wilson (BYU) - 2400 yds 11 TD's 9 INT's 62% comp Mac Jones (Bama) - 1500 yds 14 TD's 3 INT's 68% comp Joe Burrow (LSU) - 2894 yds 16 TD's 5 INT'S 57.8% comp Justin Herbert (ORE) - 1983 yds 15 TD's 5 INT'S 59% comp Jordon Love (USU) - 3400 20 TD's 17 INT's 61% comp Jalen Hurts (Bama) - 2080 yds 17 TD's 1 INT 61% comp Daniel Jones (Duke) - 2600 14 TD's 11 INT's 56% comp Josh Allen (WYO) - 1800 yds 16 TD's 6 INT's 56% (albeit he had shitty WR's, and we see what "good" WR's can do to help, but he was still taken in the first rd even with shitty numbers) Ill stop there because it's becoming tedious. Everyone is on their own path. Sark sucks, for sure, but that does not mean Arch can't get better like those I've mentioned. Maybe he wasn't the #1 recruit? Shit happens. But we cannot definitely say he won't get better. That's absurd. Just like any position not coached by Kyle Flood.
  3. The absolute dumbassary of that trick play haunts me. Like, what? Why? What are you even doing, you lipstick wearing taint sweat? And it worked out just as they practiced.
  4. Not all mysteries are meant to be solved.
  5. OK, I'm not going to disagree with you. Wingo came in as a project that got built into a myth by Burton. I've also seen him drop stupid passes, yet somehow lay on his back and make catches (2 in one game against UF). And yeah, he's a lazy blocker, too. He doesn't fight for balls, which it's either laziness, or he doesn't do the little things to make his hands stronger like (Ryan Williams, Jeremiah Smith, Bryant Wesco, Jr.) who all put in the work after practice with the JUGS machine until they're told to stop by a coach, which can also be attributed to laziness and the bare minimum. He doesn't lack talent, he lacks motivation, and that's on him and Chris Jackson. Regardless of Moore's numbers, he puts inaximum effort every single play. Same with Jagger. He's only a soph, so I'm not quite ready to write him off yet. I don't think he sucks, I think in his own mind he believes he's the best out there, but unlike the three aforementioned, he doesn't do the little things to make himself better if he wants to not go into something other than pro football. He's doing himself no favors. Endries, I don't really know. Jeff Banks sucks as a coach, anyway, but it could also be the conference is such overall stronger (bigger, faster, stronger guys at all positions), and he's not adjusting, or he's hit his ceiling as a player. For comparison (we wanted Max Klare, too) - Endries - 12/111/2 9.3 avg Jordan Washington - 6/104/1 (RS-FR) 17.3 avg Klare - 20/204/1 10.2 avg It's obvious, even with only 8 more catches that Klare is not necessarily superior, but better overall. We forget that Endries was a former walk-on. There guys like Taaffe who can blossom into all-americans, and then there are JAGS. I believe Sarkisian is trying to move towards Washington slowly over Endries because Washington can actually block, but he has better hands. We should be getting Emaree Watson more snaps on certain down since he has the best hands, but I'm not sure about his blocking abilities. All in all, you and I are in agreement, we just see if differently.
  6. So, I've been thinking instead of working on a project I should be working on, but it's Texas football, and I'm in a bad mood. if Sark wants to keep his job, he'll have no choice but to fire Flood, so that should give us warm tummies. If he doesn't, he'll have been a coach at his third school and if fired he'll be radioactive. He has to know this. If the dipshit, apathetic monkey playing with his own feces likes getting paid generational wealth, he will fire Flood, and go out and get a qualified OL coach. And if the hamsters smoke meth, he'll toss Milwee into an Armenian gulog and go get a real QB coach. I'm laughing with you, as well as crying, don't worry. We know that won't happen. I don't know about the OC thng, but I do know CDC, as nice as he is, hates losers. He will commit mass murder before he lets this program sink to irrelevance. In jobs, you have to make tough decisions, and I fully expect he'll do what's best for this program. This season is already pretty much done for. We aren't making the CFP or CCG, except we will beat aggy because that's what we do, but that doesn't mean I'll stop watching. Flood is gone by the end of the year, I'll guarantee it. He's on season 5 and we have something like Nine 3* linemen, to four or five 4/5*, which will move down to three or four if any don't transfer. (2026) We have exactly ONE 4/5* (depending on service) in tackle John Turntine III, and two 3* in OT Max Wright (scrub), and IOL Nicholas Robertson (I like the take, personally). We have fucking THREE linemen in this class so far, and if Flood whiffs again and doesn't land Lee or whomever, we are so, so fucked beyond our worst nightmares. If Sarkisian cannot see that kind of failure, he has to go. Like, HAS TO GO TOMORROW. That's mismanagement 101. Recruits since Flood got here: *They've been drafted/will be drafted/transferred or graduate 2022 - (Hutson*, Campbell*, Banks*, Cam Williams*, Neto, Connor Robertson) other than Bank, Williams, and Campbell, a complete turd thus far 2023 - (Jaydon Chatman, Payton Kirkland* on school #4, Goosby, Stroh (worst OL take in the history of Texas football. Yes, even worse than Chris Hall, Jake Raulerson, and Tristan Mickelson), Cojoe.) Chatman has gotten good reviews, let's see if he can come back. Goosby will be back unless he goes full Cam Williams. Fingers crossed Stroh leaves, and I don't know anything about how Cojoe is doing. 2024 - (Baker, Cruz, Kibble) THREE. What. The. Fuck. At the very least Kibble will be very good, imo. Cruz, I hope. Baker is already starting and it's been rough, but he's learning. 2025 - (Nick Brooks, Jordan Coleman, Devin Coleman, Jackson Christian) Four. Wow. Brooks looks to be the only one learning on the job. The Coleman brothers are make-a-wish at best, and Jackson Christian will probably suck, too. So, we have coming in 2026 - 2026 - (John Turntine III - OT, Max Wright - OT (scrub. Shocker), Nick Robertson) THREE! Flood has been doing a lot of work! Only Turntine and Robertson will contribute in any meaningful way. If we get Malakai Lee, he'll also be a significant player. But that's still just four. Really only two at the moment since Wright will be a bench warmer until he transfers or is pushed out. So, again, IF we added Lee, we would have 3 solid contributors at the very minimum. That's fucking abysmal. if God hates us, 15 OL, of which 6 will be true tackles, 7 IOL (most of which I can only describe as either above average starting (Campbell) or unknown (Brooks. So far bad, but it's game one and a half for him), and best case our new OL coach can actually, well, coach). So we have 5 tackles, 7 IOL and 2 Centers continuing to walk the halls and take up scholarships. But if God doesnt want to punish us, we will Hava 5 true tackles, 2 Centers, and 5 IOL, which is still punishment because of numbers. T - Baker (5*), Brooks (4* top 300), Turntine III (4/5* top 50), Chatman (4* top 300), Goosby, Wright - other two are 3* C - Robertson, Cruz - both 3* IOL - Neto (4* top 200) Stroh, Cojoe, J. Coleman, D. Coleman, j. Christian, Robertson (I added him here since he plays both C/G) - one 4* (Neto) six 3* For sure either gone due to graduation/draft/possible transfer: Parenthesis are the year they arrived (2022) Cole Hutson - graduation (2022) DJ Campbell - draft (2022) Neto - who the fuck knows? (2023) Goosby - I put him here as a precautionary for the draft, even though he's probably coming back (2023) Stroh - god, please, send him on his way (2023) Cojoe - No clue. Maybe he contributes, maybe he transfers. I don't know shit from fuck about his progress. 3* are Flood specials. Lazy recruiting, collecting a check, Incompetent, horrible evaluations. Outliers are Kibble, Nick Robertson, and Cruz, imo. Goosby is a known. We will have 14/15 OL, and unless we land Malakai Lee, we will have 6 tackles going into next season. If that isn't a pull lever in case of emergency, someone tell me what is? 67% (closer to 70) are 3* recruits. Unbelievable. Flood should be dragged outside, and sat on top of The Judas Cradle, or even use the Scaphism method to show the next OL coach what will happen if they follow the same path.
  7. Agree about Goosby. It's a complete unknown. As for Neto, just take a look at who they started ahead of him in Stroh. Either Flood is blind or cognitively delayed. It took 4 games and the second half to finally remove him. I refuse to believe Brooks is better than Neto at G. A position Brooks has never played over a guy who has been playing that position at Texas for 3-4 years? Either he's just that bad, which would again reflect on Flood's inability to spot talent, or...I just think Flood is that bad at his job. If nothing else, just try Kibble. He's a natural G. A right G, but he at least has been moved around in practice, so he should know both sides. Atascocita is an o-line factory, and I can't imagine even Flood screwing that up. I lied. Yes I can. He has to go. Sark, if he likes getting paid, will have to fire him. If Sark is let go/gone from his fourth school, he'll be radioactive. We also don't seem to have a Center, either. Hutson is terrible, Robertson looked terrible, so I guess we have to assume Cruz will be terrible, as well.
  8. It's absolutely astonishing they don't use Pitts better to take pressure off of Bijan, especially since they only have literally 1 WR in Drake London. They took a guy in Pitts at what, #4 overall? It's like they don't teach him how to block better after year 5, and even when they do use him it's more as a "chip" blocker, rather than using him as a receiver, so Bijan has to pick up that slack, too. Atlanta needs to be torched and start over from top to bottom. Their misuse of players is insane.
  9. Don't yell at me, dad! Anyway, you're not going to catch every pass, dude. It's just not going to happen. Yes, they both dropped passes, but that was hardly the reason we went to OT against fucking Kentucky. You can get upset all you want, but our WR's don't suck. Based on a single game you're boxing them in? Wingo (4) and Endries (2) + Livingstone (3) make up 9/12 of Arch's TD's. Both Wingo and Jagger have over 300+ yards receiving for the season so far. One game does not mean they "suck". Shit happens.
  10. Probably. He's a big mf'er. But with Flood at the Helm, nobody can play guard.
  11. I 100% agree. The coach shouldn't be glad-handing anyone, that should be for either the AD or GM. The coach needs to focus on recruiting and preparations only, not giving speeches.
  12. Alabama's LB Yhonzae Pierre (6 tackles 5 solo and 3 sacks - earned) and DB Zabien Brown (1 INT and a 100 yard TD return - weak af) got SEC players of the week (yes, it's weak af to leave off Simmons). Summons - 4 tackles 3 sacks 3 tackles for loss 1 forced fumble - robbed
