I mean they vote more than we do. If you vote more you count more.

Yes, however, the old paradigm is that the doting wife voted lockstep with her husband, who in turn dictated who the family was voting for.  That is obviously an extremely antiquated concept, but that is actually going to prove out to be the big polling miss, and when you think about it, that's absolutely absurd.

I don't think that's it all.  The MSG shitshow was just gravy on top.  I'll put it this way, if you've ever pissed off a woman, thought nothing of it, only for her to stew on it and basically quietly declare a jihad on your ass, you know what this is.  Somehow, the old adage, "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned", needs to be amended to include attempting to take away their rights.

Republicans have incorrectly thought that they could somehow take away the rights of women and just go ho hum about their business.  Any married man, or man that has been married, should easily recognize just how bad of an idea that is.

I've been hawkish on Democratic chances the entire time, but after seeing the data, and now seeing all this play out, I believe I was wrong in the sense that I underestimated just how big a deal this part of the whole equation really is.  When I think about how angry women are, and how I'd feel if the shoe were on the foot, it's pretty easy to see what is really happening.

Women aren't just about to be truly equal in the election process, the future of politics may well be asking first what it is they would like.

Was at an event with the wife today. Groups of girls: organized, respectful, cooperative, happy, positive and supportive.

Boys: disruptive, rude, breaking shit, shit talking eachother, unsupportive, wild swings between joy and rage.  vindictive.

I just ate the last piece of Halloween candy, somehow I was supposed to know to save that one.  I'm in time out.

Love her. Great reason to watch Lupin. But let’s not forget her French Algerian co-star, Shirine Boutella:

    Yep.

See, I’m telling y’all, French women be where it’s at.

Yeah, but they seem real bitchy when I try to take them on a date for a croissan'wich.  Here I am, going out of my way to be culturally inclusive in a genuine effort to score some fine trim, and they get offended by my efforts.

I don’t know all of the criminal statutes of limitation, but I guess there is an off chance that a new more aggressive AG will find some Saudi shenanigans.  I can’t imagine they would be that difficult to find if you looked.

I'd also imagine, that given boy wonder's business acumen track record he will be back in the news, albeit for record level bankruptcy.

My prediction: sometime around 1am Wednesday morning, that guy will give a speech/press conference where he lies about the results of the election and puts the lives of local public servants at risk.

While you may say this is just a typical Wednesday for him, this will be specific to the ongoing count and will be particularly harmful and egregious, even by our current bar, which is on the floor of the bottom rung of hell.

Also, Kamala wins 320ish electoral votes.

I agree with every bit of this, except I'd put his announcement to be sometime around 10 EST, because at that point it's obviously going to be Harris as the winner, significantly so.

    Harris 319

    Trump 219

I'm very tempted to move Texas blue, but I refrained.  I will say this, Texas is the next Georgia, congrats, you guys get the extra ads next time around.

Rather than net zero, isn't Trump's best case netting votes between peeling off some degree of black/latino support while only giving a little more ground with college educated whites? And then having a higher break on 2020 non-voters? And then a small degree of attrition from the Harris side?

Maybe, I considered all those factors sort of washing in a net zero with female voters offsetting it.  There is always some level of political drift, so that scenario to me isn't really realistic.  To be honest, this is where my own bias certainly comes into play, and why I well could be wrong.  I just don't buy very many prior Dem voters migrating to Trump, at least not enough to be statistically significant (there will be some).  What I do buy, is voters migrating away from Trump, and 3% is a significant migration in my opinion.

Just to be clear, I'm not a professional, I'd consider myself to be at best an amateur hobbyist with this, nothing more.  So even I'd take me as a grain of salt.  I do however, think I'm pretty close on the total voter number of 5.71 million.  So if you want something else or potentially look for on election night, it's who gets to 2.9 million first.
