While Texas A&M University will receive roughly $39.8 million from the government in emergency aid — the most of any Texas college and the 11th highest amount in the country — its university leaders have still been told to analyze budgets, said Amy Smith, the college’s senior vice president of chief marketing and communications officer. In addition, she said, all hiring must be approved by the president.

The flagship has estimated that it has already taken a $20 million hit for student reimbursements alone, with about $11.5 million for campus housing, $7 million in dining, and $1.5 million in parking.

  3. i was handed a huge collection of train stuff from the 40s to the 80s. no idea where to start, and the condition is mint or barely used.

i am assuming the first recommended step is to order a conductor's cap on amazon. what's step two?

Interesting. I remember using their trojan horses to basically explore the entire hard drives of unsuspecting people we knew in high school. Nowadays we'd probably go to prison for that. Also supposedly a guy in my neighborhood was one of the OG cDc guys. Don't know if that's true or not but I do know he got arrested for hacking into our local PD back when you never heard about hackers getting arrested for anything.

hah! probably back orifice and/or bo2k. the funny thing about that tool is that the early release version actually installed the trojan on your system when you used the front-end to exploit other systems. supposedly that was a "mistake".

overall, it was a nice trip back in time when dial-up bulletin boards were the shit. always enjoyed many of the cDc members for their sense of humor. the title is a bit sensationalist, but i suppose that mirrors some of the member's egos.
