When Sundance was hopping in the late 90s/early 00s, I really thought it was pretty much unstoppable. Clearly they’ve fumbled this one big time with a series of bad decisions.

Replace "they have" with "Sasha has".

  2. Pierce needs to look across I35 and be relentless with NIL and pursuit of transfers. He's treated it like a tool to fill in the occasional lineup/staff gaps. Many of the Top 8 seeds this year and last year were schools that brought in absolute horses via the portal (Burns, Montgomery, etc)

Did we lose a couple of portal bullpen arms to injury before this season? Yes, unfortunately. Did we also enter the season with presumably one live starting arm (turned out to be zero) and a bag of hopes? Also yes.

So what the fuck were we waiting for?

Now either Pierce doesn't understand the portal benefits sufficiently, or he doesn't have the juice to get the program coffers sufficiently lined.

Either scenario falls under his responsibility and either should lead a reasonable person to pessimism about where this thing is headed.

  3. I am sure Aggie message board posters are already drafting up their stories about how Louisiana fans and parents of UL players constantly walked up to them, hat in hand, to tell them how amazing atmosphere at Blue Bell is.

I mentioned earlier I am shocked ECU is hosting, but I’m honestly even more surprised Arizona is hosting. RPI in the 30’s in the 6th (!) best RPI conference. Every time they played a team with a pulse, they seemed to lose. Series losses to Oregon, Oregon State and San Diego. Also lost a series to Washington (lol) and lost 2 of their 3 in their early season tournament in Frisco.

So you're saying we should hope we get sent to Tucson?

have made zero mods to mine and it still works fine after 15 years. you can buy all the fancy shit you want but it doesn't require a goddamn computer to cook bbq.

This is why I love the WSM. You can run it as is (my preferred way as well) or you can be a total control freak and mod the shit out of it.

Either way your food will come out fine.

If you’re in Haight Asbury and thirsty (for beer nerdy beer in particular), you certainly need to stop by my favorite bar: Toronado

This is a must stop every time I go to SF.

    He's kinda right.

10 years ago, SF was nice. Today, it's crazy.

    It has always been crazy.

And it has always been a great city to visit.

O’Dowd’s lack of range is the biggest reason he shouldn’t play imo. Like you said, neither can hit (and neither is really good defensively) but at least with Dee the ball stays in the infield more often. Jack moves like a fucking turtle out there

Early in the year I was thinking we had the worst luck ever, everything hit to him was a seeing eye single.

Then I realized he's just slow as fuck.
