  1. “Obviously, the SEC grind of playing Mississippi State weakened Georgia and that’s why the sips and the zebras were able to steal that game.”
  2. Mississippi State is a good team until Texas beats them, in which case they were known JAGs.
  3. Does the Vikings paving the way for the Cowboy dynasty still count as “modern day”? Probably not.
  4. It’s a lot harder for a (mostly) pure passing guy to do that. It can be done, obviously, but the QB who can say “fuck it, I’ll run it on you” is in a better position to do that. When your guy can run it on 4th and 18, or 3rd and 30, or 4th and 5 and convert, that’s just a whole different level.
  5. I said it wasn’t holding. Sorry for your confusion.
  6. I don’t think his approach is as suited to the NFL. He may not see it that way. It’s hard to imagine he’d get away to another school if Texas wanted to keep him, given that his alma mater isn’t a destination school. Anything is possible, I suppose.
  7. Better than this Burkhardt clown who thinks every 15 yard pass just won the Super Bowl.
  8. Over/under on $100,000,000 per playoff win?
  9. I think if this wasn’t holding, that wasn’t holding.
  10. They all do, if you’re an adult height.
  11. He’s even more hamstrung than most, as I understand it.
  12. That was right after beating Texas without Akins and before getting bent over in Arkansas, wasn’t it?
  13. 2, 3, 4, 1
  14. Well, last year there was also Mitchell to hold some eyes, at the very least. Two years ago felt more forced. Last year felt a little more opportunistic.
  15. Even with a stopped clock, you don’t run an offensive play with 5 seconds on the clock.
  16. Very poorly thought out.
  17. I’m not sure any narrative the Bills have on WRs right now is worth the air it takes to express it.
  18. Imo, the one clearly allowable usage.
  19. Exactly. “The sips suck. Their only real test is currently the consensus #1 team in the country.” Hmmm. Maybe I’m misremembering, but in about a month Texas will have played Georgia more times than the Aggies have since they joined the SEC. Affirmative action scheduling, indeed.
  20. Yeah. Keep reading the thread. You’ll get there.
  21. If you can’t see why that’s the fault of Dallas’s secondary, you need to watch more football. Or something.
  22. When the defense only has to account for one true receiving threat and the QBs are… struggling, just about anyone is going to look average. I’d be more than happy to have him on my team.
  23. “Poor Aggies” is always the way.
  24. Georgia had better pack a lunch and their A game when they come to Austin.
