I doubt Doc had much say in the trade. Harden and Philly fans- oh boy!
  2. 1975-85 Stevie Wonder, EW&F, Parliament/Funkadelic, The Eagles, Van Halen, peak disco (BeeGee's and Donna), Bob Marley, Prince with a fantastic run from 80-84, Run-DMC and LL. Motown artists had songs during this time also.

They moved over from NBATV. That crew has been together since Wade retired. Work the Tues games.
  4. He can pick a school before spring semester starts. He's eligible to practice with that team, just can't play in the games. Hate that he's bailing so soon. But it's how things go today.
  5. I stopped watching after 2nd set. So glad to wake up to this news!

The Suns throwing the ball into the post so Ayton can go to work. I thought that was outlawed in today's NBA?
  7. With the amount of talent on campus and expected in the next 2-3 yrs, I would love if he could experience a mini Russ Rose run.
  8. I'm in this picture...…..when you said you would be with a group of about 15-20 teenage volleyball girls, i thought it would be easy to spot you. But their were several groups like that so I missed you. I don't think you can get the proper perspective for Parra's serve on TV. That thing is wicked!
  9. I'm still bothered that Destinee wasn't a part of the team but I think it's great that when they finally won gold UT was represented.
  10. Have they explained why the hotel manager does not have a working lock on his office door?
  11. Defense? Isn't Embiid considered one of the most impactful defensive players while Jokic, while improved, is still viewed as weak on that end?

The irony for me is that his statement reads like the logic someone high from smoking would argue.
  13. I think he said something based on how suddenly Pat reacted. And i think it was highly personal. Remember CP3 has no issue with punching guys in the nuts. It was funny to see someone do to Pat what he normally tries to do.

You said he quit on his teammates. If you watched the rest of the Tech game you can clearly see him return to the bench and cheer for the team after he had his moment. He's also seen cheering for his teammates in those games that he only played 12 minutes. If that's considered quitting on his team, that's a strange way to show it. He was clearly immature and impulsive as a freshman. Calling the kid a quitter based on the moment he had at Tech is bullshit to me.

No he's not. And apparently you didn't finish watching the game you referenced or the rest of the season.
  16. Basketball has gotten me high before but I don't think I've ever reached your level. You've been on one for weeks. If this is all a natural high, I'm impressed. 🙂
  17. Nate McMillian has done a great job with the Hawks. They look a lot more cohesive and organized on both ends of the floor.
  18. With you on most of what you've posted. Disagree about KD and Kyrie not having something to prove. While they've had big time playoff performances most people don't give them credit for being the leaders on those teams. And doubt that they can lead a team to a title.
  19. God would be my first pick (not the one disguised as MJ).
  20. Kobe may have been the best at hitting wild, off balance shots. Lillard might be the best at doing it from behind the arc.
  21. Damn that's funny! It's not just you. I've been trying to place it since game 1.
  22. STOP IT DAME!!!
  23. Nate has coached Trae out of thinking he's equal to Curry and it has improved his game tremendously. He's even trying more on the defensive end. But I'll take Ja. Think his upside is higher than Trae.
  24. Not brand new but I've been listening to Tobe. Love his passion and lyrical content.
  25. Since Tuesday, the NBA has provided some really entertaining games. The Saturday games were especially fun. I don't have a rooting interest in one team so i just want some close, exciting games. Looking forward to the Knicks-Hawks (crowd in MSG will be rocking) and Lakers-Suns games on Sunday.
