If Lebron makes all 3 I will be stunned.

The rebounding for Cleveland is more of a concern than the defense.
That's fatigue, having to fight back 16 down in the 4th quarter last night and down 30 tonight.

Of all the fucktards in this administration, this is the guy who may just be the absolute worst, Trump included.
-
I wouldn't put it past Lebron to
intentionally lose this gamenot give best effort so that he can be assured of not facing his bestie in the playoffs.I also wouldn't pencil in Philly in the ECF just yet; I'll be interested to see how they cope when the game inevitably slows down. They're at the best at a fast pace and a semifinal matchup against Boston (who will undoubtedly slow the game down) would be fascinating, even without Kyrie.

Lebron needs a quick bucket in the 3rd (to get to double digits), then hit the showers, and then it's onto Manhattan for a weekend of partying.

Not looking too good for the Cavs so far tonight. Down 15 towards the end of the 1st...
Tough comeback win in the 4th quarter last night, then on the road to a motivated Philly...this was entirely predictable.

What a complete meltdown in Cleveland by the Wizards. LeBron and friends erased a 17-point deficit like it was nothing.
Yeah Lebron tried for like 5 minutes for the entire game and the Cavs end up winning.
Still need to fire Lue.

Cleveland was going to make the finals anyway, now they may sweep their way in.
Rockets/Warriors from the West? Unless LeBron guess complete god mode I don't think it will matter. If the Cavs had a decent coaching staff I think they’d win the title this year. But they don’t so que sera sera.

Some of this is on Kyrie. He needed to have the surgery during the offseason but he used that as leverage to strong arm CLE into trading him. Then he had to play once he got to BOS.
This x1000. Kyrie told the Cavs brass he was going to have surgery, sit out the season and live off his royalties if he wasn’t traded.
I also wonder if, given what we’ve seen with IT last season and this, any player is going to trust Celtics doctors on when it’s safe to return to action.

Not trying to be sexist or anything but, why does it seem as if the females never look for an idol? I think I recall Pavarti looking for one at some point; maybe Andrea Boehlke. But, I honestly don't recall very many women ever taking the time to look for an idol.
Too busy making the men sammiches.

And the Pistons salary situation is a dumpster fire - my favorite salary here is probably $10+ million to Josh Smith the next 2 seasons.

Mavs fans need to be praying that they finish below Orlando and Doncic drops to 4. I think he is going to be great, and they can figure out how to make it work with DSJ.
I'm torn on Doncic. I love his game and BB IQ - I just don't know if he's athletic enough to ever be a top 10 player and that his ceiling is Hedo Turkeyglue.

Philly continuing their winning streak sans Embiid should wrap up the ROY for Ben Simmons.

Here's a nice website to breakdown some of the more advanced stats:

For some reason, I'd still put JJJ over Bagley. It may be because Okafor has soured me, but I don't like his defense. Ayton and Doncic are #1 and #2 to me.
I think most mocks have JJJ over Bagley.
My top 10 as of this moment:
1) Ayton
2) Bamba
3) JJJ
4) Doncic
5) Bagley
6) Porter
7) Mikal Bridges
8) Sexton
9) Carter
10) Shai Gilgeous Alexander

Nuggets are going to hold on against the Pacers, giving the 3 seed to the Cavs-76ers winner this week and putting Denver just 1 back in the loss column to NOLA, OKC, and Minnesota.
Missing the playoffs for any of those 3 teams would be borderline catastrophic, given the expectations heading into this season.
-
I love that the Bulls did their best to lose, playing Lauri just 24 minutes and Portis 22 minutes while giving Cam Payne 24 minutes, Sean Kilpatrick 28 minutes and someone named Ryan Arciandocoaicoddoeco 23 minutes...and they still win.

what a demoralizing couple of weeks for the raptors. the thinking has gone from "this is the year" back to "it just isn't gonna happen."
They're going to need a heavy dose of Cymbalta after the Cavs eliminate them again.
