I wouldn't wipe my ass with that article

Despite their apparent financial difficulties, they managed to find the cash to buy a $320,000 house around two months before they vanished on February 4 2010.

Cash?  They got a $336,600 mortgage from "First Priority Financial" on a $330,000 purchase.  So, they used 0 in cash.

But despite that, when they left the apartment, they bought a $320,000 house in nearby Fallbrook and had $100,000 in the bank. Joseph's fountain making company Earth Inspired Products was their main source of income.

Except it was a $330,000 house, and it was an hour away, with no traffic.  Nearby?

From what I understand, before they moved out they were on the verge of being evicted, because they were behind on their rent. That was three years ago.

No unlawful detainer filed in Orange County dude.

It goes on and on.  Dogshit reporting.
