  1. How did Marcel Brooks go from getting snaps for LSU in the national championship game on pass rushing downs to being a WR with two catches through three games at TCU?

I totally understand he's a head case, but that move to offense still confuses me.

Christ dude you can’t be serious. Are you serious?

I'm saying the moment most people are complaining about was the 4th and 5 when McCarthy threw his hands up and said "I'm good".  And that's the moment I was comparing to the Texas-Louisiana game.

I get it if you're upset he didn't call timeout on 3rd down, but I get letting time run out and reducing their chances of catching a break before the half.

I agreed with McCarthy running the clock down at the end of the half. They had the ball at midfield and we're looking at receiving the punt inside the 10 which is exactly where he caught it. We were in total control of the game and with that field position the risk of something happening to give them points and momentum was greater than the reward of working our ass up to pick up 50 yards or so for a chance at 3 more points.

Yep. The reverse of what happened game one against Louisiana.  Sark called timeout and Louisiana decides to go for it. Ended up giving points.

Complaining about that call in a blowout win is just cheap content like you'd find on ESPN or something.

You see that often on long passes in other games. It’s something they’re coached to do….it technically “drops the ball in” instead of just throwing a laser with no trajectory. It’s supposed to make the pass more difficult to intercept.

There's a difference between getting some air on a throw and hanging one. He's hanging deep throws.

Just think .  If Casey and the wr ever get the long game clicking Holly shit.

The one issue I have with Casey is him lofting the ball 40 feet in the air on every throw more than 20 yards.  He got away with it on the wheel route TD to Worthy but not the pick in the endzone to Whittington.

He throws a real pretty ball when he's not doing that.

If you’ve watched any of the FSU/ND game tonight and are looking forward to Saturday, you need to find Jesus…..

I've finally realized why I don't like him and why he didn't work on MNF.  The dude acts like he's a play by play, color analyst, and talking pundit all in one.  He never shuts up and dominates whoever he's working with.  And he offers opinions more than any color guy in the business.

With all these trailers I feel like I’ve seen the whole movie. The one thing I have been disappointed in with Craig’s Bond movies are the theme songs. They all sound the same and depressing. This Billie Eilish song makes me want to kill myself. I want Thunderball, Goldfinger, You Only Live Twice, Live and Let Die type songs. Enough already.

This reminds me. Tomorrow Never Dies is an underrated Bond song.

I honestly am not trying to be a dick, just that I don’t understand this, since Brando was the primary announcer. Was there a sideline guy/gal? I literally had the sound off, so I’m not sure. I’ll shoot you pos rep.

I meant to say "where the referees said something..." but I misspoke.

  9. At least two of the sacks were on play calls and not the oline.

If you call a naked bootleg play action right into a blitz, that's not on the line who are blocking the opposite direction. And I'd say one or two of the holds were on Card for holding the ball too long (the hold on the endzone heave to Whittington).

Not a great performance by the line, but not as disastrous as some imply.
