.273/.358./418/.776 - Grossman in '23 against lefties
.278/.376/.414/.789 - Grossman career against lefties
He's making a whopping $2.5M & doing exactly what was expected. Corey getting hurt was the main reason he played out there so much earlier.
If he starts to just be a guy who hits against lefties, great. But 128 of his 183 ABs have come against RHP and been disastrous. Hopefully with guys healthy it goes back to a platoon.
Thanks.

Leody is our CF, just a day off. Grossman was signed to start against lefties, that's why he played yesterday. Bruce said this was a pre-planned day off for Adolis. Grossman will start against virtually every lefty, very few righties going forward with everyone healthy.
I know he's a CF. Just saying on days Jankowski gets the start at CF. Just tired fo seeing his play in the field and at the plate.

What is the reasoning behind playing Grossman so much? Seems like he plays nearly every day despite being terrible when we have several other outfield options who actually hit the ball well. How are we not playing one of Jankowski, Taveras, or Duran in left field more consistently?

What the hell was that?

He kinda looked safe.

For some reason thought they had the day off until I got a text in the 8th inning. Bullpen getting through two innings only hitting two batters feels pretty clutch for 2023.

I've spent way too much time listening to draft podcasts and mock drafts and all that. I've heard heard anyone mention this dude as a first round pick.

Packers basically settled for a 2 and likely another 2. Cheap date. Most thought they’d get the 1 straight up. Jets held out, Packers blinked.
Why do you think it's likely that Rodgers plays fewer than 65% or snaps this season?

Looks like an Aggie sellout. And, yeah, inherently miserable.
It's actually pretty packed.

That's fair. But the Cardinals and Rams went all in for the short term and now have the worst rosters in the league.
Eagles didn't really have an option though. Every QB contract is nuts now. No one can avoid it.

Unnecessarily stressful but fun as hell.

Bubba trying to stay on the team.
With his speed and the new rules, I think he could find a place. I enjoyed not watching Grossman in RF today.

Charbonet, Spears, Roschon, Achane. Get someone day 2 or 3.

We save an additional $6 million if we cut Zeke in June. I think they're just leaking it now so Zeke can begin to talk to teams and figure out his next move.

On the last book of The Book of The New Sun by Gene Wolfe. The dude is a genius, and there's so much stuff I don't pick up on until later then have my mind blown. Such a satisfying read.

Pretty good day for the Cowboys. I feel better about being able to use the draft to fill holes now.
Would love JSN, Dalton Kincaid or one of the tackles.

I would hope Brooks and Baxter are running against lighter boxes than Bijan and Roschon.

If you're a Kerry Condon fan you should check out Rome.
I had to scroll so far on her IMDB page until I finally saw Rome and realized that's what I recognized her from.

Lane Johnson out the rest of the regular season. Division hopes not dead yet.

Who gives a shit if they win a wild card game? Who gives a shit if they don't at least make it to the Super Bowl?
I'm not gonna lie. Making an NFC Championship game for the first time since I was in the third grade would make me happy.

No. Mine is on Latest Tweets but the top one will always be an advertisement as will about one in the next 4.
I know they need revenue but it actually makes it so cluttered it affects the experience.

I don't know anything, but the ads on Twitter are getting ridiculous. Every fourth tweet is an ad now for me.
