The reporter who joked about how they call it "QB power and not QB draw" to emphasize that they're tough... made it pretty obvious he doesn't know what power is which is pretty embarrassing as a sports reporter. Especially since none of the three scores were power.

Texas jumps: Oregon, Stanford, Kentucky, Michigan, UCF, Auburn, Oklahoma.
Texas should jump but might not: Washington, Penn State, LSU, Miami. So I'll say we're probably ranked 12. Should be 8.

According to that website, scoring differential is the first tiebreaker if Texas, OU and WVU all finish with one conference loss.
"Scoring differential among the tied teams. The team or teams with the lowest difference between points scored and points allowed in games vs. the tied teams is eliminated from consideration."So blowing that huge lead yesterday could hurt us.

Assuming the rest of the season goes great and we win out (obviously not a foregone conclusion and this could all crumble), I don't think it matters if we play OU or WVU in the Big 12 Championship game. What matters is that one of them wins out after they lose to us.
Beating an 11-2 Oklahoma or 11-2 West Virginia twice gets us into the playoffs.

Definitely looks like he ended on "bitch". Surprised KB didn't have much emotion if Kyler said something stupid.
All the dudes from that class just adored Murray. Malik called him the goat today (albeit while hyped about the win).

What a beautiful way to enjoy OU tears. Ehlinger becoming legend.

It feels even better beating OU knowing they lose Kyler and probably Brown next year.
And it also wouldn't shock me if an NFL team went after Riley.

I thought some of the takes on here against him last week were bizarre. Even if he lost this game, it was already obvious he was growing.
The worst thing about him was his late turnovers and since week 2, hes fixed that. He's a true dual threat and he knows how to find his best receivers.

There's a decent chance we face Oklahoma again this year. Almost feels wrong.

Charlie was 1-1 against OU at one point.
Ah shit, I forgot that was his second year.
Okay back to drinking. -
For the first time since the century began, we have a head coach who doesn't have a losing record against OU*.
*Having actually played against OU

I just said "John Burt?" in the highest pitch voice.

I haven't been this confident that we'll convert since Colt McCoy. This offense looks so tough.

As much as I love Orlando's defense, his insistence on delayed blitzes baffles me. It never works. I'd rather the offense know where the blitz is coming from than line up where it's physically impossible to get to the qb in less than 4 seconds.

Burt always looks really happy on the sidelines, in videos, and post game. He's always congratulating dudes and standing in front for the eyes.
Just get the vibe that he's a track dude who likes his life right now. I could be wrong since I'm basing all of this on video and pictures. -
If we find a way to win this week, it will move up to the top regardless how it happens. After the shit that has been the 2010's, it would feel really great to have a win over OU, a top 10 ranking, be 5-1, be undefeated this late in conference play for the first time since 2009. It would feel really good.
If we lose, then 2005 is my favorite. For the same reasons but not quite as dramatic. -
Kyler Murray, DeMarcus Lodge, Greg Little, JK Dobbins, Baron Browning, Walker Little, Marvin Wilson, Jaylen Waddle, Kaden Smith, Tyrie Cleveland, Klevon chaisson, and Jeffrey Okudah leaving the state might have something to do with it.
In 2007 only 2 of the top 18 recruits in the state left the big 12. Times changed.
But I really do not give a shit about any of those schools being good again except Texas. None of them were that great in 2005 and life was just fine.

Starting to doubt the Jamison decision. He was one of my favorite DB's in the class, and he has produced nothing on offense.
There were all these pre-season raves about Jamison scoring long TD's in scrimmages. But now I think we can all see that had more to do with our defense's inability to stop a jet sweep than with having a sufficient package for Jamison.
A true nickel is more valuable than another Daje/Monroe that doesn't get touches.
lol okay I'm dumb.

So is Oklahoma State terrible? I'm so confused.

Not starting today. Any idea why?

Your team might be great and win the conference, and your QB might be truly amazing. But as of right now, you've played the easiest schedule in the conference. WVU could realistically start 8-0 and finish 9-3 with losses against Texas, TCU and OU.
Enjoy it and all, but don't be confused why people aren't praising your team every week.
