    ridiculous post.

It’s what he does, ignore it.

Helluva run by our guys - I’m still proud of this team. Our effort was incredible the first half, and the legs just weren’t there in the second.

Always will be a huge “what if” on the season. Fuck.

This lead feels different than Saturday’s. Home crowd is going to help keep their energy up.

I said the exact same thing to my buddy. Let’s keep this going, fellas.

  3. Sorry, but I still don't want Ryno seeing the floor more than a handful of minutes.  He is a guaranteed bucket on the other end for the Warriors, and he just misses too many wide open 3's.

Gerald Green proved he can play stout defense the past couple of games, especially in the 4th quarter of Game 4.  Extra minutes for Green + LMAM should be the formula.

He’s going to be fine not only because he’ll start putting together better at bats, but also because he should have been getting better results with the at bats he’s had. His luck will turn AND he’ll hit better to boot.

He's also gonna be fine because he's Jose Motherfucking Altuve.  Hand wringing about 27 is way down on my priority list as an Astros fan.

  5. I still can’t get over how good our defense has been the past 2 games. Our communication on defense and ability to switch EVERYTHING has been incredible. I only remember one true miscommunication tonight that resulted in a wide open 3 from Curry. Pretty amazing what Bdzelik has done with our guys.

He was grimacing every time he tried to cut. He can still go straight and sit in the corner and drill jump shots, put the ball on the court and try to defend for 40+ minutes, there is no fucking way.

I’m pretty sure his lack of mobility right after the injury is why they went to Hack-a-Capela for a hot second.

Anyone been to UB Preserve yet?  Anything to report?

I went last night for a casual dinner with the wife (no pics).  We sat at the bar.  It was very good, but not mind-blowing enough to say that I'll be running back there to do it again immediately.

We had the pork dumplings, which were of course excellent, a daily special curry dish with singing scallops, the BBQ ribs and a side of collard greens.  All very good.  The space is solid but not spectacular, and the timing of the dishes coming out could have been better.  Definitely on my go-to list, but not life-changing.

Gerald Green took two god awful shots in the 2nd half but does deserve credit for that chase down block on Curry after his steal at the end of his 3rd quarter flurry. The crowd would have gone ape shit on that, and maybe his run would have carried into the 4th. Instead, he was tentative and awful--and got blocked two more times--after that point.

He also suffocated Durant during crunch time in the 4th quarter. Incredible defense that nobody on the planet saw coming.

  9. I still can’t believe our boys pulled that off. WOW. Clutch City, baby.
