Yesterday.  Lunch time.  Lifetime locker room is packed.  I come back into the locker room and some 70 yr old dude has his bag taking up half the of one bench, he's sitting on the other bench next to him, dressed in gym clothes and answering emails.  Whatever. I pile my dirty clothes and hit the sauna/shower I come back and he's still there, still on his phone.  There is hardly any bench at all so I lay my bag next to his and throw my dirty clothes on my bag and they kind of fall onto his bag.  He finally looks up and looks around and say "guess I should stop answering emails"  I replied.  "yeah, that's a good idea"  Idoit.

People do that all the time.  Why do you want to sit in a small space, full of sweaty dudes and cocks and hangout?

By "bag" do you mean a literal bag, or his ballsack?  With the olds in the gym it could go either way.

Tempted to photoshop ldogg on the Rangers picture.

It's a shitty picture.  Hell I could post a better one of me and the old man.  I just thought it was cool that we showed up on the live broadcast during the game.  Right after that happened I started getting a bunch of texts from people that recognized me.

  3. Oh yeah, and I got to bullshit with Tony Hawk for about 10 min back in '98.  It was at the Austin Skate and Street festival or whatever.  The precursor to the X games.  I was working security at the halfpipe while the bike riders were competing.

This is pervasive and is annoying. Not sure why.

Because people are lazy as fuck and like cheating their exercises.   Honestly the guy in the pic I took wasn't all that bad.  Sometimes people look like they're hanging on for dear life and lean back as far as possible to avoid having the incline affect them.  So dumb.

If you broke it down into strictly model families only, it would be:

Mercedes - 24 (including hybrids, but counting the coupe and convertible models separately)

Toyota - 21 (including hybrids, but counting the Prius, Prius c, Prius v, and Prime as separate models)

Porsche - 8 (Boxster, Cayman, Carrera, Carrera Cabriolet, Carrera Targa, Panamera, Panamera Sport Turismo, Macan, Cayenne)

Yeah personally I think this is a better route to take.  Click on the manufacturer website and see how many models show up.  Something like that.

  6. In HS we used to play pickup games of hoops with Rodney Hampton when he was playing for the Giants.

Hung out with Joe Rogan at a bar one night.

Worked for UT Athletics my last year in Austin(1997-98) so got to meet tons of people there as well as our athletes. Too many to list.

Know Leland Sklar and his wife fairly well.  Enough so that we've been to each other's homes. (he's one of the most famous bass guitarists)

Otherwise I've met a bunch just randomly in life.  Dustin Hoffman, George W Bush,  Chelsea Clinton, Heather Locklear, Robert and Jonathon Kraft(and a bunch of 2001 Patriots), Dennis Miller, Boomer Esiason, Lamar Lathon, Jack Pardee, Bryan Cox, Warren Moon, Craig Biggio, Moises Alou, Vinny Castilla, Jose Cruz, Billy Gibbons, Willie Nelson

I went and checked. From straight off their respective websites. I typed all the Porsche ones but got lazy for the MB ones so I just counted. Toyota doesn’t really have submodels in the same way. This doesn’t count Mercedes Truck Division.

Also note this is US ONLY.

Doesn't seem accurate at all.  You're putting in different trim levels of the MB and Porsche, but not Toyota.  As an example, there are 6 different 4 Runners to choose from.

  9. Just got a text from the guy who is doing the engine swap on my '47.  He fired up the motor for the first time today and is finishing up a couple wiring things.  He said he'd try to send me a quick video.   I'm fucking pumped.  Might finally be able to drive this thing in a month or so.

Curious what the consensus is on this. I track my workouts on my phone so I'm better sets I've got it out. I have it set to give an alarm after a minute between sets. Is that too long to be sitting there "jacking around on my phone"?

You're good.  Shit with a lot of my lifts I'm plenty more than a minute between.  Doing heavy shit that fast would be like doing cardio.

My wife initially hated the show because she said all the characters were terrible people. After watching more episodes she now loves it.

Haha.  Shit them being terrible is what makes the whole show.  It's brilliant.

I’m honored that my thread was started up again.

I will submit the 3 guys who decided to show up with a speaker blaring their own music that they carried around. Douchebags. They make headphones for a reason.

Holy fuck. Do you work out at my gym?  There is a group of 3 dudes who do this every day at mine.  They come in around 4:30pm or so.

In fairness to the chick in front of the dumbbell rack, it looks like there's hardly anybody there, so she probably isn't in the way.  And she's giving everybody in the rest of the gym a nice look at her ass, which appears to be her best feature (that's a low bar).  But on second thought, fuck her -- that's by far my biggest annoyance at the gym.

The gym was fairly empty, but that's still no excuse as it means she had plenty of space to do her exercises anywhere else.  Including the sit down shoulder press seats where should could just brace herself on the back of it.

No matter what you don't fucking block people's access to the equipment.

Why are they trying so hard to convince us that Maggie is some sort of stoic leader? It feels like she self glossed herself as The Widow, which is really lame.

Also, isn’t she pregnant? The last person in line to lead my damn group would be a hormonal pregnant woman.

I'm pretty sure that Negan gave her the nickname "The Widow" and not her.

And the pregnancy thing threw me for a loop as well.  She sure as shit doesn't look pregnant and there is a baby they keep showing at the Hilltop.  So I keep wondering if she had her baby somehow and they just passed over that bit?  Doesn't make sense.  However, a pissed off pregnant woman might be exactly what you want at that point.  Those ladies don't fuck around.
