  1. Interesting to watch this morph from pretty good to great as more people watch it and second views are at home where reviewers are able to comb over fine details and time is less of a hurdle at home.

Darth Vader was pretty bad ass in Rogue One. Luke was bad ass in Mando Season 2 finale. Darth Maul was bad ass way back in 1999. Ahsoka could have just used the force to pick up that lady and pull the spear away. If she was just stalling for info, the lady wouldn’t have knocked one of her light sabers away. Hopefully she’s closer to Rebels level Ahsoka in her upcoming appearances. Also not being a sour puss and noncommittal all the time.

This post is why I have grown to hate Star Wars.

I’m no fan of Schefter, but he covers the NFL, not obits. Of course he’s going to report on Haskins’ death in the context of his career, that’s the only reason he’s talking about it.

Then STFU.  I think we've forgotten that we don't have to say something all the time.

It wasn’t taxation they were upset about, it was taxation without representation. There’s a huge difference. Death and taxes are unavoidable. We have religion to pretend we can avoid one and the GOP to pretend we can avoid the other. Some people get the two confused.

Bullshit.  Still complaining and avoided taxes like the plague now that they are overrepresented.

Dallas is now a steaming pile of liberal bile. The population goes out of their way to lock step with nationalized liberal agendas that have negative impacts on the quality of life for citizens living inside the city limits. I blame stay at home white women for the most part. Not sure where they picked it up from.

    Examples please

I'm a lot more skeptical about Pattinson than most on here, but not because of his sparkly past.  I think batman has to be more manly and imposing than he is. The whole heroin look he's got going on gives too much of a frail impression.

Forget the last two decades of older Batman.  This is early Batman.  If you're looking for a possible synopsis, check out the New Rockstars Easter egg breakdown.  There are tons if plot points literally spelled out in both trailers.  The interviews before also reveal some if the inspiration.  Zodiac killer meets seven meets Chinatown meets Batman year two.

No they don't which is why the outside looks it's age, and inside not much better. If that thing is gonna last another decade, us and blowU are gonna have to divert some of our own facility improvement money to the Cotton Bowl. That may sound unrealistic, but no matter how much both fanbases want to keep the game on the fairgrounds..if that thing is condemned for safety reasons we wont have much choice...Jerrah is waiting in the wings licking his chops.

When Dallas let the Cowboys move from their own suburb to one of Fort Worth's (Arlington isnt in Dallas county) without putting up much of a fight, that signaled the city gives zero fucks about football. Dallas is now a Basketball town, and thats more Cuban than the city..wouldnt be surprised to see both the Mavs and Stars in Frisco/Plano at some point in the future. Dallas city hall has been disfunctional and corrupt for decades, don't see that changing any time soon.

Fuck are you talking about.  Jerry was secretly negotiating with Arlington and set a deadline then acted like Arlington swooped in at the last minute.  Dallas County was negotiating with Jerry, not the city.  They had a site, a transport plan and a funding mechanism.  Don't get on here and spread false shit.

Careful, now. Hinting that maybe Austin and the UT campus might be the problem because recruits are coming to Texas more to party and live the Austin lifestyle rather than play football will get you shouted down on this board. I've been saying that for a couple years now and it always was met with hostility. But let's be honest, there's a lot in Austin that is offered to young superstars and those things don't hinge on winning or losing.

Texas football players have been way too comfortable for a while, now.

Why do some of you think Austin is the only nice place to party, live or whatever?  Every top program has nice facilities.  Every top program has people gassing players up.  While we think it's the high schools, teams all over take texas players and do well.  I think Texas is no different than the cowboys.  Starts at the top.  You hire dogs and let them be dogs.  Boss coaches only.  Not these coordinators we keep hiring.  Did you feel like any coaches post Mack have been completely running the program?  No.  That's why we really can't get anyone.  That's why the cowboys can't make a real hire. Just look at any consistently his program.  They're crushes are running shyt instead of being an employee.

  9. Just received the limited white throwback from texas team storefor those if us that like jerseys, this is confirmed a Vapor Limited with sewn on numbers and sleeve stripes and the vented chest thingie. I know many here think they are childish, but I do collect and this is a nice edition for a replica style jersey. Anyone in this business? Will we ever get UT elite or untouchables or like some reebok collectibles with names.  I notice that with NIL and licensing this becoming a thing at other schools.

Was thinking that the only SEC teams with artificial turf on their football fields are Vandy and Missouri. Besides home games, we will now be playing most of our games on grass fields. Wonder if this will change Sarks and CDC’s view in the future on wether or not we will install grass or keep the turf.

    Did Ole Miss get grass?

I saw it today from the NEZ.

I was in school when they finished the NEZ. It was shocking to me how different it was, in a good way. It looked fantastic, like it was always there. Color was great, club sections and chairbacks were great.

I look at the SEZ today and I see some Disney looking try hard design. I dont think that longhorn cutout looks cool at all. It looks overdone and campy. It looks somewhat cheap. Like we tried to design an end zone we could flip really quick for a profit.

Going to gagree.  No reason all this crap couldn't have been integrated into a matching bowl.  There are a million ways to reduce capacity if that's a worry.  Its as if it was decided the north end zone was too matchy and not college footballish, so let's make sure the new one is weird and doesn't match for no reason at all.
