  1. I've rooted against ND since I was a kid, but found myself actively pulling for them last night.

Ohio St. is the worst, as anyone who went to Columbus in 2005 can attest. Plus, Ryan Day seems like he might be a total piece of shit.

  2. Back in the day, after a 3rd down stop by the defense, the band would play an Eyes snippet and, as they ran off the field, the defense would get a big ovation from the crowd.  I'm pretty sure this still happens in Dallas, but it absolutely didn't at the Wyoming game.  I tried to do it and no one else did...not even the other olds on the west side.  Not sure if it's because of the endless sound barrage we're beating to death here or not, but quite possibly.

Regardless, I miss it and enjoyed acknowledging the D.

One other thing - did the players entrance seem extremely anti-climactic to anyone else?  Then they played the hype video AFTER the team was already on the field, which seemed weird to me...

    Yep, noticed that as well.

  4. I agree with many of these complaints.  That said, over the last couple of years, the student sections have been the best I can recall in a very long time, if not the best ever.  From our seats, we have a great view of them and they have been bringing it big time.  They are loud/engaged and watching them go berserk is fun.

Also, putting the recruits in the southwest corner (as opposed to lower east side), where they can see the students, was a great move.

    Keep it up derelicts.

PJ setlist from last night looks great, no new shit. Curious how they sounded with that ratfuck klinghoffer on drums.

It was a bad ass setlist and thought they sounded really good, even Eddie with the flu was excellent.  McCready went crazy too.

Had not been to Dickies, but thought it was very nice/solid venue as well.

Don't go there, Elton. Don't brie the cheese silliness back.

On the recruiting end, Saina is a straight up loss to Riley and USC. Dude is scared of competing with a full OL roster. Sucks, but that's not exactly a great sign.

They're going to push multiple DLs here shortly so they can have depth chart clarity.

I still expect a string of announcements starting soon.

Enough Kendra Scott bullshit...she's rich as hell and everyone would do her in two seconds.

Very gouda hear we can expect some action soon.

    And, f USC/Riley...and Baylor.

  7. In Vienna the Klimt collection at the Belvedere is outstanding and the museum itself is pretty chill.
If you saw the Third Man and were blown away there's a museum for you. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third_Man_Museum
Also the Albertina museum is among the world's greats and  holds the grand masters while the Albertina Modern holds art post-1945
a light lunch or a midday snack along with coffee and cake (sachertorte or others) at Cafe' Demel is in the don't miss category.
Yep, Albertina should've been included on my list. Very impressive and definitely worth a visit.
