Had a 6am flight out of ABIA last Sunday.  Walked up to the main security checkpoint and they had it for TSA Precheck passengers only.  Walked down to checkpoint 3, and there was a TSA person out front yelling that it was closed.  So they had every passenger who wasn't Precheck going through checkpoint 1.

I finally joined clear. Got it for $79 for 12 mos. The stupidity at ABIA and the airlines giving so many dipshits with nine pounds of change in their pockets pre-check broke me.

Clear is great. You cut through all TSA bs and get right on.

  2. Figured this was as good a place as any to post this. Sat next to Ben Crenshaw today on way to SFO. Had nice conversation about how he got into course design, how technology was making it difficult to design courses for all skill levels to use. Spoke about the football team as well. Super nice guy and I really enjoyed getting to talk with a legend.

  3. I agree upon reflection my take was poor. I was frankly mad at him for doing this as he was someone I really enjoyed reading/watching.

Agree it’s not a pride thing. Just hate that people cannot see light at end of tunnel. I feel terrible for their families that have to pick up pieces.

Poor choice of words on my part on original post. Just wish people felt they had a better outlet.

  4. I am excited to see more about Fallout and really looking forward to the Division 2. I am curious to see what direction they take the game. They've done a really nice job with the expansions they've done on the original Division. Many argued a sequel wasn't needed that you could just keep building on current environment and growing it that way.

I am curious to see what approach they've taken: expand NYC, do a different global locale? etc etc

You’re right and it not even close.   You are blinded by the left leaning area where you live.  I’m sorry but I find your “staunch Rs ” voting for Beto a little bit unbelievable—-in fact I don’t believe you.

I live in Pemberton/Tarrytown area so it’s not south Lamar type deal. All I can tell you is there are a lot of folks voting Beto vs Cruz that haven’t voted D before.

  6. Austin is a bit of an echo chamber with this election but I don't know a single person going to vote for Cruz and in my neighborhood  (Central Austin) all you see are Beto signs.

I know people that are staunch Rs that are planning on voting for him as they feel Cruz is such a tool.

Like I mentioned Austin is not representative of the state at large but I will not be shocked at all if Beto pulls it out.
