  1. Continuing on..

I found this site to have a particularly great setup and search feature for uncovering new tracks to your liking :

    Mix Riot

You can search and play track titles within mixes or artists for extended mixes.  With extended mixes, the track list is typically also published in entirety which allows you to do deep dumpster dives when you hear something that grabs you, identify the title, and then use to find elsewhere for easier playback.

The last post on the old thread had a track from the first compilation CD I had in the early 90's.  This track was on that CD and was the first 'electronica' track rarely heard on late night radio back then that I recall wondering what the hell music is this ?

But he’s not a cooperating witness.  Van der douche had nothing of value that Mueller didn’t already have.

It sure looks like Mueller could have gone after this small fish a lot harder than he did, so there's most probably something gained in return that may not be so readily visible or obvious.

A consideration of significant importance I keep seeing discussed relates to Mueller striving to protect sources and methods, and generally masking disclosing information they have, and how and from where they got it, that would be valuable to targets in this expanding web.

I’m still waiting for someone to explain to me what inspired Paul Ryan to go to Prague to get this fuckface hacker extradited.

    Any theories?

How about someone ask him ?

The public shouldn't have to guess about his intents and motives behind something so significant.

  4. ^^^  I've been thinking that all along, except the scale is international.  I think Mueller knows what's possible here.  Patience is key.

In other news, another hacker getting extradited to the US from Europe.  Putin DOES NOT want him in our hands.  They ginned up their own piddly charges against him for a counter claim for extradition to RUS, fairly obviously to protect themselves as opposed to a wish to punish him.

Alleged Russian hacker extradited. Will he help Mueller probe?

    WASHINGTON

The Czech Republic’s long-sought decision to surrender custody to the FBI of an alleged Russian hacker signals a potential break in the investigation of Kremlin meddling in the 2016 U.S. elections.

The Justice Department announced Friday afternoon Yevgeniy Nikulin’s sudden appearance in a San Francisco federal courtroom after an 18-month legal tug-of-war with the Russian government, which made a competing claim to extradite Nikulin.

Nikulin, 30, was arrested in a Prague restaurant on Oct. 5, 2016 and three days later, then-President Barack Obama made his first accusation of Russian meddling in the U.S. election.

    [...]

Russia and the United States both sought his extradition. Russia’s request sought to bring Nikulin back to that country to face minor internet theft charges that many observers felt were cobbled together in order to keep Nikulin from falling into American hands and divulging potentially embarrassing information about Kremlin intelligence operations. Radio Praha reported Friday that the Russian ambassador was not informed of Nikulin’s extradition and that the Czech court would explain the basis for its decision on April 3.

The world of cybercrime is a murky one, and experts have long contended that Russia’s FSB tolerates it because it is able, when needed, to call in chits and have criminal organizations do its bidding.

"The red flag for me is why the Russians fought so hard to keep him from being extradited," said Nick Akerman, a former Watergate prosecutor. "Why would they care about some low-level hacker?"

  5. Reading that article, the woman quoted seems to be speaking more to the intense suffering of keeping up the daily rat race of avoiding being sick from opiate withdrawal.  Acute alcohol withdrawal can kill you.  Acute opiate withdrawal won't kill you, but every cell in your body tells you you'd be better off dead.  And when you're done kicking, the post acute withdrawal lasts 4 months to 2 years which is a major reason relapse happens at such a high rate in the first 6 months.  So better options to treat opiate addiction need to be available to more people.

Two new options people need to be aware of are the Bridge device and NAD+ treatment.  Bridge is a neurostimulator you apply with 4 electrodes to  the ear.  It uses some kind of wave cancellation effect on the cranial nerves carrying autonomic fibers that generate the full body opiate withdrawal syndrome.  Acute withdrawal will be reduced by about 85% within 10-15 min of placement of the device.  You wear it 5 days then remove it, so whatever remaining withdrawal exists gets unmasked, but for heroin and short acting opiates getting through the first 5 days is essential.  Plus you don't need hospitalization.

NAD has a rebalancing effect on the brain to diminish acute withdrawal, but more significantly it has a major effect of reducing if not outright eliminating cravings and post acute withdrawal.  NAD also works very well for alcohol detox and PAWS and the benefits of several days IV infusion lasts for months.  Combined with other important supports and continued sobriety, most people reportedly don't need additional NAD.

Treat the addiction and get through PAWS, and most people will experience significant improvement in mood.  Having a mood disorder that pre-dates addiction and not having a sober life worth defending due to various severe circumstances independently increase suicide risk.  How suicide is attempted or completed varies but people familiar with finding a vein/access to a large quantity of pills probably skew towards death by opiate OD.

From Trump's perspective, I think he really is that stupid. From Putin's perspective, he probably believes he can bury this with three or four more news cycles. Which, thanks to 24 hour cable news, is only about half a day, give or take an hour.

Or more likely he's Putin's hostage.

  7. It's amazing how things reported by unhinged witches over a year ago keep bubbling up in MSM today.

VVV This has to do with reports of coordination between Kislyak and prominent GOP like Paul Ryan around accepting Russian campaign cash infusions.  It's also linked to rumors of an emerging RICO case against the GOP.  Everyone should know by now that the fact it's coming out now in MSM means Mueller has all they need to answer tat question in the affirmative.  I'd imagine Rick Gates is also offering a helping hand.

  8. Yesterday's climb in Mt. Hood Wilderness :  Started skinning at 3800' to start of Polallie Trail to Tilly Jane A-frame to rim of Polallie bowl, a 2000 ft gain.

Beautiful bowl drop in above Polallie creek under the right circumstances, but 13" slab with that smooth plain means no go.   I started alone but was fortunate to meet two old pros on the trail so was able to take more risk.  We went higher past the stone hut up to about 7400" just below Cooper Spur:

We dropped down off the ridge 1000 ft below Cooper Spur onto the Eliot Glacier.  The skied just below the glacier mounds on the right of the pic below.  The last pic is the terrain we took down to the tree line and down to start.  Exceptional and rare snow conditions for Hood !
