  1. I had no idea you followed my stuff. Weird. Never seen your posts before and I doubt I’d remember them. Bc I’m an idiot or your posts aren’t worth bothering with. I’d say post less but I really don’t give a shit what you do.

I don’t follow shit. Nor do I give a flying fuck if you have a clue who I am. Frankly I consider it a compliment that you claim to not know me. You post stream of consciousness bullshit nonstop on [insert relevant topic of the week]. Unfortunately I read a current event thread periodically and have to wade through your complete waist high river of shit. Fetid shit. You have no intellectual curiosity or original thought of your own. You add nothing. Every rake you have ever fucking had has been wrong. Dead wrong. Your posts add nothing. Just fucking stop. Or keep trolling. Your choice. Again, you add nothing.

  2. It doesn’t matter! I am voting Biden. I’m just not a socialist. Nor a moron that would ever vote for Trump. I debated in high school and college. Was looking at the debate tonite in a clinical way. And regardless register to vote. Vote Biden. It’s not that difficult to register to vote. No excuses. Get off your asses and vote

What the fuck were you debating how to best post idiotic takes on the internet? You’re a troll. Admit it.

  3. Holy fuck you know it’s serious when ERhine comes out to respond...dude you post like one a week far as I can tell yet I swear you’ve been around forever.

She’s horrible. She shows up on a couple threads every now and then just spewing the dumbest fucking takes. Over and over again. Post after post on [insert current topic] of the day. Every fucking take or theory or comment or whatever the fuck she is providing is shit. Pure shit. Her posts are fucking worthless. She’s either a bot or a troll. But she fucking sucks.

  4. 2nd episode was worth watching, but more in the perspective of the normal Chef’s Table shows than as a BBQ specific version. That guy is probably on the spectrum, but he is a renowned chef who is doing something different than just about anyone out there. I would eat what he cooks although 200 day aged beef may be stretching that. Snow’s and Scott’s episodes were excellent, 4 didn’t really interest me.

Second Episode is the only one I’ve actually rewatched. It was great.

I think there’s an inherent bias in support of the show about the Texas-based pitmaster being shown on the thread.

I never once thought Lennox was remotely unlikable like some have said.
  5. I know I’ve told it before, but I’ll never forget a seminar at Tales of the Cocktail ~5 years I attended ago regarding sourced bourbon. The Smooth Ambler distiller was on the panel, and during the Q&A Dan Garrison got a microphone and went full desperate salesman, and started quizzing him about where he sourced his bourbon (MGP), and if he needed more Garrison would be more than happy to provide him tons of barrels. You could have heard a pin drop during all of this it was so awkward.

  6. Just my opinion but not a bad price for me. For having easy access to arguably the best distillery outside of Kentucky (certainly the best grain to glass distillery), id rather pay a premium for their products and not have to hunt or suck off someone for a bottle of something that is half the price

Balmorhea and Cowboy are well known as some of the best non-kentucky products out there. Laguna Madre is even better than those two, imo.

Bourbon on the whole is hilariously overpriced for what you get across the board. Its a product that isnt real hard to make and time is the only real factor that one really pays for imo. Its not like the corn or wheat is expensive, its not like its physically hard to make, or that its even made in some far away land. The vast majority of “distilleries” also do not put out a good product. I dont mind paying $300 for a bottle of bourbon that was actually made in Texas, grain to glass, and is actually fucking amazing to boot. To each their own
