I mean I’m pretty sure those are two totally different groups on the project that work on the aesthetics and the game play, one shouldn’t affect the other.

Everything has a budget. You could have twice as large a team working on gameplay. They definitely affect each other.

The fact there are people out there who track this completely irrelevant shit is why they waste programming time adding it to the game.

It would be absolutely fantastic if there were zero stylistic differences between any players' uniforms but an RPO was animated correctly with offensive and defensive players making correct reads (or busting reads based on their awareness rating instead of pre-programmed silliness). But oh well.

So, on my pod we talked about the great difference between giving up 4 runs in 6 innings vs 6 runs in 4. The first is a slightly competitive start that while it sucks is still winnable. The second is non competitive and gets you beat. Hunter Brown was just barely good enough to not lose us this game.
    thanks I guess.
he needs to not be a starter after Blanco comes back. And after Urquidy comes back it needs to be a 5 man rotation with Arrenghetti being a mid reliever.

You're my guy but pointing out that giving up 13.5 runs per game is worse than giving up 6 runs per game isn't your most insightful work. 😃

Well there you have it. The claim that dumbass cop was dressed in full police attire is a factually incorrect statement because as my client was aware Louisville Metro police officers are required to maintain their wearable video system in a constant state of operational readiness even if not on official duty but rather engaged in uniformed law enforcement-related secondary employment.

If the cop wasn't equipped, you must acquit!

Thank you and I rest my case.

I was just at a professional conference here in Austin. Talked to a couple of people who are retiring. Talked to a few others about their retirement plans. Talked to many others about their kids and their plans.

All of them are outside Texas.

i don’t think people are prepared for the serious brain drain this state is going to suffer over the next decade.

Have started thinking about it myself. My youngest is a sophomore in high school, will probably stick it out for in state tuition but leaning toward moving after that. Never imagined I'd leave the state before the last decade of madness.

But I will still never set foot in Oklahoma.

Maybe a dumb question, but why is it 25 and not 24? Not one of the three cover players will be in the NCAA in 2025.

Ewers better be. (When do you think the playoffs end?)

Actually no, according to the EPL itself. If you're thinking 2012, City led on goal differential going into the day but then were in major jeopardy of dropping points to QPR before the famous Aguero winner. So it seemed like they flipped it but technically not

United's match ended about 30 seconds before Aguero's goal. Just saying that the live table at the moment United finished their match had them in first.

This will be the 10th time in 33 years of the Premier League era the title has gone to the final day, and the second place club has never overtaken the leader. So basically it's over, but at least there is some reason to tune in

Well one time the second place team coming into the final day finished their match in first place.

Lawyers, explain why "Well yeah, he broke the law" isn't a good answer here. That's what my instinct would be, and even if the defense objected isn't setting a witness up for an answer like that dumb?

By whom? You? I won’t let you tell me shit about what I should do with my life and my work. I can respect RGB’s choice to virtually tell you to fuck off as well.

Just a few months longer and it wouldn’t be an issue. Yeah, hindsight is 20/20 but she took her shot.

I get it. You wanted her to appease your desires, not her own. I respect her right to do what SHE wants. Sue me.

Yes, me. Among others. Millions of others negatively affected by her stupid and selfish decision.

I went ahead and bolded the part where you sound exactly like every single Trumpkin moron in America since you can't see it in yourself.

That was her right. It’s a lifetime appointment. We can debate whether that should be a thing. But as it stands now, it’s a thing and she had every right to do what she did. If she only could’ve held on for a few months longer. It’s sucks that she didn’t but it is what it is. She seemed like she was still mentally sharp right up until the end.

I try to put myself in her shoes (robe?) and I can identify with the attitude of ‘Fuck you, I’ll decide when it’s my time to retire.’

Just a few months longer and we wouldn’t be having this discussion.

What a terrible argument. Lots of things are well within people's rights but are dumb and they should be called out for doing them.

Since the text messages were sent to random registered voters

As most of us here know, this right here is the problem with polling. There are so many problems with this, both in what it says and what it leaves unsaid.

    1. It was not sent to random registered voters, that's a lie. It was sent to registered voters whose cell phone numbers were on the polling company's list. I didn't provide my cell phone number when I registered to vote, pretty sure that's not a requirement anywhere in the country. So the bolded above is a lie, or at least highly inaccurate.
    2. The text messages may have been sent to random entries on their list of cell phone numbers associated with registered voters, but they sure as hell weren't answered by random people on the list. They were answered by old people with nothing better to do, younger people trolling them, and maybe just maybe 10% were people who were genuinely interested in accurately responding.

He played hard on the field and is motivated to be drafted right?

    Absolutely not to the former.

He won whatever fuck award those idiots gave him last year right before flipping them the bird and entering the portal last year, and he was one of the better DTs in the SEC. Maybe he wasn’t a culture fit, no way for me to know, but he was talented and the narrative that we didn’t want him bc it was only about money seems inconsistent since we’re pursuing this guy who wasn’t as good and is only about money.

There is no narrative that we didn't want him because it's just about the money with him, this is another fantasy you created. His issue is low effort on the field (and no effort to stay on the field) and performance/production  that comes nowhere near his potential. This has been a common refrain since he first stepped foot on their campus and hasn't changed.

I didn't remember what a bad poster you are when you weren't around for a while. You're one of those people who seems better in memory than present reality so you should probably just go back to being a former poster.

4 out 5 brining the fire

Don't know what everyone is so worried about. Just keep playing .800 ball through the end of the season and bingo, bango, bongo the Astros finish 116-46. And nobody has ever finished with that many wins and blown it in the playoffs. Certainly hasn't happened twice.
