  1. clocking in...  No boxes to be mounted but working on a small, ground level, make shift shed for outdoor cats.  Because I'm an idiot and didn't do this with daylight earlier. They will not be getting a night light in their box.   Have moved on to barrel aged stouts...knuckles thawing.  Pre night shift ritas did shit for warmth. Will report back with pics..

  2. For you all talking Taos, is there a certain area you’d recommend to stay, ski in/ski out or better to get a house away from the resort? I may be with or w/o kids. Been to AF and SF recently but haven’t skied Taos in 30+ yrs

  3. Night Shift check in…sputnik coffee stouts have been crushed. I do NOT have a climate controlled shed around my pool equipment but did just go and throw a blanket around it. Still running 24/7, so not worried about frozen pipes but a cracked filter sucks. Had it happen in one of the atx icefucks around 2012ish…single digits wears on those filter tanks. Also reporting it’s still burn your face fucking cold as I try to chase one of our cats to the garage.

  4. Plus fees. On seatgeek thats another $100 per ticket or so lol

on the sugar bowl app ™. Ended up being ~ $360 total/each, I’ll take it. Looking at the UW reddit on tiers their season ticket holders were given, its not much over face. $260 or $310 before tax was face, I think. Just looked at seat geek and ~ $450 all fees in is lowest im seeing on loge.

I suggest keep looking on TM, some corporate seats are dropping low there but the filter sucks if you want more than 2 tix
  5. I was just looking on Hotwire and I am getting $229 per night plus taxes for what I believe is the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.  That room is $459 if booked directly through Hyatt.  Ticket prices are also "reasonable" now and will probably come down more.  Only thing holding me back is the 10 hour each way drive from South Texas.

  6. I think some may be missing out on some good pricing by just looking on the Longhorn "side" of the goalposts.  There are some good tix much cheaper as you get to the UW side in the end zones/corners on both sides.

  7. they will not be face, but some maybe close if you want to just get in the door.  It's been discussed, proximity, bourbon and Horn fans thirst may factor in more here.

On the other hand, the 300s on the UW side are already in the mid $500s...

    Mine are in 615

I with ya in same area.    I can hear the poor kid at the foundation now when people call in to complain "well sir, you're technically at the 45 yd line with a great view.  I'm sure it will look fine after 12 hours of drinking and huffin moldy asbestos fumes from the superdome "roof"   #surlypoors

  9. Can you tell now if you’re able to sell them or they don’t actually ‘release’ them to sell for a few more days? Thinking at least 1-2K of seats that people got from the LF are headed for seat geek and hoping the increased inventory knocks some $$ off of what’s there already…

I think the UT email said the mobile tix will be sent/available on ~ Dec 18th.

I just got charged $1,620 for 4, will be interesting to see the section difference.

damn, our seats will be upper like I expected, think we were charged ~ $850 for 4.  I must be very bottom of cut off and not surly elite with the loyalty pts...

Got my tickets!  I was excited until I read I will be “shoved in the upper deck/600s.”Fuck it, I’m still excited just hope I survive until then.

I got tix as well and that's where we'll be but there are far worse places to be than watching the Horns shit hammered in New Orleans, in the upper deck of the Sugar Bowl on New Years day with a chance to go to the big salami

Add BMW and Mercedes.  (This hits close to home, because I just about got clobbered by a Mercedes sedan in the HEB parking lot today.  Store was open and he was doing at least 30  mph.  I gave the "wtf" hands up sign and he literally circled around the lot trying to find me.  Yeah, I'm the problem, bud.)

far west heb?  Didn't know there were tracksuit tough guys driving around the lot, ive only seen the rent a cop on his toy scooter.  But with your chez zee complimenting the other day, it's safe to assume you're a 75 yr old jewish man in nw hills.  That narrows it down...😁
