In a shitty mood but I wonder how many people who are calling for "the backup" know his name.

We have had the preseason Heisman favorite (or co-favorite?) at QB the past two seasons. Ewers was a weak link for much of last season and thus far Arch is.... yeah.
I texted a friend that we have gone downhill from the days of Casey Thompson and Hudson Card. This is unimaginable.

He had only played that same high school competition when he came in last year and looked much better.
My concern is that it's mental and he doesn't have the temperament to be a big time starting QB. He looked like a deer in the headlights against Georgia when he came in and now this year as the starter with all the expectations he has looked bad all three games. The only time he looked loose and confident was coming in as a replacement against weak competition last year.
Lots of guys can work through that but some can't.
He looks like a completely different guy. Starting with the first pass against Ohio St.

About five times now this season, Manning has had a completely wide ass open WR crossing in front of him.... and the ball hasn't even touched the receiver. Not like a little high, or a little behind.... the ball hasn't touched him. I have no explanation for this.

Very much shades of Charlie Strong 5-7 teams
Offense looks a lot like the 2010 one. I can't believe I just typed that.

Maybe we keeping it vanilla before conference play?
Very vanilla. Thru 10 quarters all TDs are by white dudes.

Sark gives weird advice sometimes. Oh good, he got booed at home against UTEP. Now he's ready to start playing.

I watched Arch play an almost perfect game last year against MSU. Something is wrong, whether it's physical or something else.

Not appropriate to say I'm sure, but we're still all white guys scoring TDs this season. That cannot be a good thing.

The playcalling is really weird at this point. We need the passing game to get in a rhythm but we won't throw until 3rd and long or 4th down.
Sarkisian is making it as hard as possible on himself.
I just have no idea what it is we're doing on offense so far this season. Almost 10 quarters and about nine of them have been horrific.

I don't know about 20 but I'd like to see 12 maybe.
If we had to play a national championship game next Saturday, I'd run him 30 times.

I'm trying to figure out how all the summer practice reports weren't like "Well, the defense killed eight members of the offense again today."

Especially when your center is getting his shot pushed in every play
I would like to see Robertson at center and Kibble at guard in some non-garbage time snaps in this game.

We won't want to do it for obvious reasons but the best version of our offense right now probably has Manning running 20 times a game.

To paraphrase Scipio Tex from his podcast.... We need to absolutely roll these guys on offense, because if we don't then something is very fundamentally wrong. They are bad.

Man, these democrats and their constant push for violence.

For real though, even Fox has to fire Kilmeade for that... right? I put it in the Trump thread but MSNBC just fired a guy for saying hate speech is bad.
WTF kind of backwards upside down world have we found ourselves in?

There’s video in the Fox thread. Kilmeade said it.
MSNBC: We fired the guy who said hate speech is bad.
Fox: Let’s kill poor people.-

I never once heard my Pastor ever say live like Christ.
He would tell you what the Bible says you should do. Talk about sin. Talk about how Christ forgives IF you believe in him. He died for your sins…. And you owe him a debt.
But the idea that you should be Christ like was never the main message.
And that’s to me IS American evangelicals.
They believe in church rules. They believe that because of their belief in the rules that they’ll be forgiven when they don’t follow the rules.
The rest of the folks who don’t believe in the rules? They’re going to hell. They’re lost. until they’re on the team? They’re the devil and enemy.
So no. The idea isn’t to be Christ like. It’s to be on team Christian and try to get everyone on team Christian. And resist everything not team Christian
Makes sense. Don’t try to emulate your lord and savior. -

Do you even read scripture?
I just don't get it. The point is to try to live your life as Christ-like as you can, right? And then they leave church and basically go about their lives acting like the anti-Christ.

He also knew a trans person. I also heard that he once watched an episode of Will and Grace.

Nahlin is talking on IT about a Georgia Tech type offense where Arch throws the ball 10 times a game.
What has happened the first three games of the season is almost unbelievable.
Hey guys. Did we? Did we roll them? Name the score, etc? 63-3 type game?
