Texans with a deep run would be good for Cowboys. Jones takes this state for granted and puts little effort into winning. The Cubs of the NFL.

Dripping Springs Vodka is one of my preferred. Seems like they may want to get in front of that headline and ask Texas Tribune to clarify in the story.

CSB. Went to Colonial Williamburg and asked Patrick Henry where Thomas Jefferson was. He snickered that Mr. Jefferson was at home tending to a voracious case of the piles.

Texas should sue Virginia to force them to take back this cockeyed, carpet-bagging asshole (throw in a second count to have them take back Chip Roy while they are at it).

Coach Pop says Tubs is an embarrassment to coaches:
SpoilerSpurs coach Gregg Popovich blasted Sen. Tommy Tuberville, calling him a "silly, small man" for his nearly year-long protest of a Pentagon abortion policy, a blockade many believe is harming national security at a time when global conflicts abound.
"It's pretty bizarre," Popovich said. "Any reasonable human I would hope would agree with that comment."
Speaking to reporters before Sunday's game against Miami, Popovich took the former college football coach to task on Veterans Night at the Frost Bank Center.
"He gives coaches a bad name," Popovich said. "They're going to think we're all ignorant because what he's doing is ignorant. It's harmful."
Tuberville's unprecedented campaign to try to change Pentagon abortion policy by holding up hundreds of military nominations and promotions is forcing inexperienced leaders into high-level jobs and raising concerns among military leaders about readiness and morale.
The Republican from Alabama wants the military to change its policy of reimbursing service members for travel to get reproductive care, including abortions."It makes no sense," Popovich said of Tuberville's stance, which has been criticized by top defense officials, Democrats and even some of his fellow Republican lawmakers. "And he really can't have any understanding of how important these flag officers are in all these different positions."
A graduate of the Air Force Academy who majored in Soviet studies, Popovich, 74, served the required five years of active duty in the Air Force, a stint that included serving at both domestic and overseas posts that operated spy satellites and monitored Soviet missile launches. He continued to serve in the Air Force Reserve until 1993, working his way up to the rank of major.
"It's been stated a million times about how it hurts our security, our national security," Popovich said of Tuberville's stance. "Well, it's really true, but I don't think he understands what that means."
Popovich questioned whether Tuberville is "auditioning" for a future beyond the Capitol Hill."The more he does it, as long as he's done this, I start to think, is he auditioning? Because a lot of those people in Congress these days are performance artists," Popovich said. "They're not there to legislate. They're not there to make the country better. They're there to be seen in their own minds. And it seems like he's auditioning for a job in case a certain person becomes president again.
"He's doing a great audition. That kind of thing is exactly what (GOP presidential nominee frontrunner Donald) Trump would love. The more of that, the better you're in his favor."
Popovich expressed doubt that Tuberville would eventually yield to pressure from his fellow Republicans.
"You look at it and you say, no, this is going to change," Popovich said. "His fellow legislatures or legislative people are going to say, 'Tommy, come on over here. Let me put my arm around you. Let me tell you exactly what's going on here. You're making a fool of yourself. You're hurting our country.' But they don't have the courage to do it because they care more about their positioning and being primaried someday and all that.
"...But you can just look at the look on his face. He looks like the cat who ate the canary. He's got a smirk on his face all the time. He's got something you can't have. So, that's why I say he gives coaches a bad name and he's hurting our country. He's a silly, small man."
