Let Draymond shoot as many 3s as he wants. If he gets hot so be it, it is the worse poison.

The Lakers, if they strike out on LeBron and George, are about the only team that I could see being dumb/desperate enough to make a serious offer to OKC. That's not an anti-Westbrook thing either; it's just, how many teams would willingly take on a supermax contract right now, unless they believe that he's their missing piece? It's salary cap suicide.
He has lots of fans so I would think there are teams would be interested (especially if they are going nowhere like the Kings and Magic). Of course, never underestimate the Knicks.

Rockets will also make Curry defend either Harden or Paul. They will run pnr with anyone that Curry is guarding to get the matchups they want.
They have to do this every single time on offense. If Steph is not 100% then they have a chance.

Boston will make it very difficult, they have bodies to throw at LBJ and Stevens is a wizard. But the King still comes out on top, Cavs in 6.

So Ryan Anderson has lost his rotation spot it seems.
As long as the rotation is more than 7 players, it's fine

So true. I lived there and sports radio is Saints, LSU football 24/7.
Maybe this success will help things change.
Unfortunatey, Houston is not any different

Wanna go to sleep early but NOP is making this into a game...

Unfortunately, Jrue Holiday is a mortal again. He couldn't make as a big of an impact defensively since almost everybody he is guarding on the Warriors are bigger and taller.
I was surprised that AD couldn't get going though, seems that he was really bothered by GS physicality.

If nothing else, everybody here shouldnt blame him for leaving OKC. You have to spend too much time in Oklahoma for godsake, life is too short for that.

Cant write off Stevens, so 76ers in 6.

Because the Spurs only won a measly, rather pathetic 67 games that season, and were two whole years removed from a title, rather than one?
Because as an NBA fan, I think it would have been a hell of rivalry and it would give the Warriors a real threat.

Never said it was a bonehead decision, he wanted to be on the best team for the highest chance to win the championship. He got what he wanted and got his ring.
Some of us felt cheated. It is completely emotional, sorry for not being logical.

Still too early to think about it but hopefully CP3 compromise on a contract less the 5 year max 🤤. There are other teams that would fit him and have the cap space (76ers and Lakers?) so Harden will need to cozy up. As for Capela, I'm sure Cuban is ready to pounce with a max offer typed up and champagne on ice at the club.

I (and many other non-Spurs fan) wouldn't have viewed joining the Spurs the same as the 73 win Warriors. I still think that the Celtics would have been a great choice. You got Ainge, Stevens, and numerous lottery picks moving forward.
After the burner account fiasco and listening to his interviews, I get why he joined the Warriors. He is a very sensitive guy that pays too much attention to what blog boys and twitter have to say. Jerry West got into his head and the rest is history.

Yeah and I believe that the people who make that childish argument consistently fail to name a single viable alternative for KD.
If I remember correctly, he was also looking at going East (Celtics). He also met with the Spurs. There were other contenders like the Rockets that didn't get a meeting. Obviously no other team would been better than the Warriors, in terms of the chance to win the championship. I don't think anybody is debating that but lets not exaggerate the situation, his choices weren't bad.

NO wants to play fast but damn that just plays right into GS game
-
Rockets is 5, same gameplan as the Wolves.
-
LETS DO THIS!
No one is gonna stop AD, I'm all in for a 7 game series considering Curry is not 100%
-
Where the hell was Playoff P? Looked as useless as Oladipo last year

If you want to swing for fence, JB ain't it. He is a players' coach, not sure what is his strategy philosophy or even if he knows himself.

committed to tanking for a couple of years i see.
The Grizzlies dont know what the hell they are doing. They didnt want to trade Gasol and Tyreke, and now JB is the full time coach? WTH?!? JB is never the answer to your head coach situation.

Yeah, we'll see. Losing a series after being up 3-1 can ruin a franchise.
Especially by blowing a big 3rd quarter lead, we have seen the same movie with the Clippers

They made the playoffs last yr with no PG. Why would you assume they wouldn't make it without him next yr?
I'm thinking that OKC will lose ground to all of the current West playoff team and I just don't think that OKC ( minus PG) would be better than the Nuggets and Lakers (with PG)

Even if that happens, OKC will be in same position this time next year with a 4/5 seed in the West and an early exit.
Not even that, if no PG13 then no playoff next year. Lakers and Nuggets will be better, maybe only Spurs will be worse (if no Kawhi but still they got Pop).

$28 million. He's not going anywhere.
Does he still have his no trade clause? If not, OKC needs to trade him for an overpaid but playable long term contract (like Batum, Bazemore). They have no other way to improve the roster, and anything is an improvement over Melo now.
PG is gone to LA, not sure what OKC can do with the Lakers since Lakers have space for 2 max. If LA wants to have 3 max maybe S&T KCP/IT/Randle for PG13 (opt in ala CP3). At least OKC can get something.
