Imagine being some random state court judge and having to scold the former president of the united states for acting like a petulant teenager. Such a weak pathetic fat fucking loser. The beta of all betas.

I used to wonder why a substantial percentage of this country chose Donald Trump, of all people, to fight for them against the "elites."

Then, I remembered that "there's a sucker born every minute."

I don't think those tweets are credible.

As I explained upthread or on the other one, I think a jury demand was due August 15, 2023 and by that time she was mostly off the team.  However, if that was a mistake, that's prima facie malpractice and they're all liable.

Yeah but how could they prove it made a difference?

Who's next to flip?  My money is on Clark.

That dude is in over his head and I think he's finally about to realize it.

That's a good guess because he seems like a pussy. I still can't believe he drafted that letter. Simply unbelievable.

I mean, y'all still have something called a "no-evidence motion for summary judgment." I went to law school in Texas and still don't really understand what that means. Sounds like a motion to dismiss.

It just puts the burden on the nonmovant to raise a fact issue. It's very helpful for things like fraud, where it'd be difficult to negate an element as a matter of law.

Silly me.  I thought that summary judgment motions dealt solely with legal rather than disputed factual issues.

And I used to think that disputed factual issues were dealt with in a court proceeding that was subject to rebuttal and cross examination.

    Who knew?

If you think there are disputed fact issues, and the court erred by granting the partial summary judgment, then maybe you should reach out to Trump and let him know!
